【摘要】:文章研究了閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)對市場需求和成本雙擾動的生產(chǎn)策略和協(xié)調(diào)機制,根據(jù)不同的擾動條件,給出了相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)調(diào)整策略:并且設(shè)計了新的數(shù)量折扣契約,這使得無論在突發(fā)事件前后,都能實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)利潤的協(xié)調(diào)分配,保障生產(chǎn)調(diào)整策略的實施,從而達到閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的最優(yōu)利潤,文章最后通過數(shù)值分析證明了文中結(jié)論的正確性,研究表明:突發(fā)事件對閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈造成了很大影響,使得整體渠道利潤下降,但是通過采用調(diào)整的數(shù)量折扣契約和應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的生產(chǎn)調(diào)整策略,可以在一定程度上緩減突發(fā)事件帶來的不良影響,減少對閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的損失.
[Abstract]:This paper studies the production strategy and coordination mechanism for the closed-loop supply chain to deal with the double disturbance of market demand and cost. According to the different disturbance conditions, the corresponding production adjustment strategy is given, and a new quantity discount contract is designed. This makes it possible to realize the coordinated distribution of the profit of the closed-loop supply chain system before and after the emergency, so as to ensure the implementation of the production adjustment strategy, so as to achieve the optimal profit for the closed-loop supply chain to deal with emergencies. Finally, the conclusion is proved by numerical analysis. The research shows that the unexpected events have a great impact on the closed-loop supply chain, which makes the overall channel profit decline. However, by adopting the adjusted quantity discount contract and the production adjustment strategy to deal with unexpected events, the adverse effects of emergencies can be mitigated to a certain extent, and the losses to the closed-loop supply chain can be reduced.
