【摘要】:供應(yīng)商管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理中最關(guān)鍵的工作之一,并已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的第二利潤(rùn)源,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始重視供應(yīng)商管理。企業(yè)擁有的供應(yīng)商數(shù)量通常不只一家,如何有效管理數(shù)量眾多的供應(yīng)商,如何評(píng)價(jià)與選擇適合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的供應(yīng)商,已成為企業(yè)謀求發(fā)展的重大問(wèn)題。論文著眼于供應(yīng)商分類(lèi)管理和供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇這兩大管理課題,分析探索適合竹餐具經(jīng)銷(xiāo)企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商管理辦法。論文研究了BS公司在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)下行,中國(guó)制造成本上升的大環(huán)境下,如何通過(guò)提高供應(yīng)商管理效率,如何通過(guò)構(gòu)建合適的供應(yīng)商選擇與評(píng)價(jià)體系,而找到與企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略匹配的供應(yīng)商,建立新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。論文通過(guò)對(duì)BS公司的供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,剖析供應(yīng)商管理中存在的問(wèn)題,探討供應(yīng)商分類(lèi)管理,運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇體系;論文運(yùn)用了卡拉杰克矩陣,專(zhuān)家評(píng)分法,層次分析法的方法。研究結(jié)果表明:要提升供應(yīng)鏈的盈利性,提高企業(yè)的獲利能力,就要對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分類(lèi)管理,就要用科學(xué)的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇體系選擇適合的供應(yīng)商;對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分類(lèi)管理,能夠提高供應(yīng)商管理的效率和效果,降低成本,而科學(xué)的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇體系則能確保供應(yīng)的可持續(xù)性,降低供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。論文的研究能為類(lèi)似企業(yè)改善供應(yīng)商管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Supplier management is one of the most critical tasks in supply chain management and has become the second profit source of modern enterprises. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to supplier management. How to effectively manage a large number of suppliers, how to evaluate and select suppliers suitable for enterprise development strategy, The thesis focuses on the management of supplier classification and supplier evaluation and selection. This paper analyzes and explores the supplier management methods suitable for bamboo tableware distribution enterprises. This paper studies how BS Company can improve the efficiency of supplier management in the global economic downturn and the rising manufacturing costs in China. How to establish a suitable supplier selection and evaluation system, and find the supplier matching with the enterprise development strategy, and establish a new competitive advantage. This paper analyzes the problems existing in supplier management, probes into supplier classification management, constructs supplier evaluation and selection system by using AHP, and applies Karaoke matrix, expert scoring method, The research results show that in order to improve the profitability of the supply chain and the profitability of enterprises, it is necessary to classify suppliers and select suitable suppliers with a scientific supplier evaluation and selection system. Classification management of suppliers can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier management, reduce costs, and scientific supplier evaluation and selection system can ensure the sustainability of supply. Reduce supply risk. The research in this paper can provide reference for similar enterprises to improve supplier management.
