【摘要】：首先對(duì)新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,接著對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行定義,闡述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特點(diǎn),比較其與傳統(tǒng)汽車風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不同。然后引入了SCOR模型,從5個(gè)基本階段對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別,再采用問卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)識(shí)別得到的31個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行判斷,最終確定了19個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,以構(gòu)建新能源汽車供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后采用層次分析法和模糊層次分析法對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the development and characteristics of supply chain of new energy vehicles are analyzed, then the risk of supply chain is defined, the characteristics of risk are expounded, and the differences between supply chain risk and traditional automobile risk are compared. Then the SCOR model is introduced. The paper identifies the supply chain risk from five basic stages, then uses the questionnaire survey method to judge the 31 risk factors identified, and finally determines 19 risk factors. In order to construct the evaluation index system of supply chain risk of new energy vehicle, AHP and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the risk of supply chain.
