產品族架構與競爭優(yōu)勢的關聯(lián)影響研究

【摘要】:產品族架構是產品族開發(fā)中的前端環(huán)節(jié),與產品族開發(fā)過程的其他環(huán)節(jié)聯(lián)系緊密。產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢是產品族在市場上運營效果的體現(xiàn)。產品族架構對產品族的成功開發(fā)和產品族競爭優(yōu)勢的創(chuàng)造和保持有重要影響。 首先,本文在以往文獻的基礎上,通過研究產品族開發(fā)的過程提出了產品族架構的縱向層次結構。產品族架構包括三個層次:產品平臺、產品線、定制產品。產品平臺層次的架構負責為產品族提供技術和模塊支持;產品線層次的架構為產品族提供規(guī)劃和定位,生成產品族主結構;定制產品架構是在產品族主結構的基礎上為每一個產品定制化的架構,為開發(fā)產品實例提供參考。 其次,本文分析了影響產品族架構的內外部因素:市場、供應鏈、企業(yè)技術能力和企業(yè)制造能力。這些因素會影響產品族架構的建立、也會通過產品族架構對產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢產生間接的影響。 根據產品族大規(guī)模定制的生產方式,產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢可以分為兩部分:規(guī)模優(yōu)勢和定制化優(yōu)勢。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),產品族架構的每一個層次都對產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢有影響。產品族架構的影響因素也通過產品族架構對產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢產生影響。本文揭示了產品族架構及影響因素對產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢的影響路徑。 最后,,本文以iPhone手機系列產品為研究對象,描述了iPhone的產品族架構,分析了競爭優(yōu)勢,并解釋了產品族架構和影響因素對產品族的競爭優(yōu)勢的作用。
[Abstract]:Product family architecture is the front-end link in product family development. The competitive advantage of the product family is the embodiment of the operation effect of the product family in the market. The structure of the product family has an important influence on the successful development of the product family and the creation and maintenance of the competitive advantage of the product family. First of all, based on the previous literatures, this paper puts forward the vertical hierarchy of product family architecture by studying the process of product family development. The product family architecture includes three levels: product platform, product line. Product platform level architecture is responsible for providing technology and module support for product family, product line level architecture provides planning and positioning for product family, and product family main structure is generated. Custom-made product architecture is a customized architecture for each product based on the main structure of the product family and provides a reference for the development of product examples. Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the product family structure: market, supply chain, enterprise technical capability and enterprise manufacturing ability. These factors will affect the establishment of product family architecture. It also has an indirect effect on the competitive advantage of the product family through the product family structure. According to the production mode of mass customization of product family, the competitive advantage of product family can be divided into two parts: scale advantage and customized advantage. Each level of product family structure has an influence on the competitive advantage of product family. The influencing factors of product family structure also influence the competitive advantage of product family through product family structure. This paper reveals the product family structure and its influence. The influence of factors on the competitive advantage of product family. Finally, taking iPhone mobile phone series as the research object, this paper describes the product family structure of iPhone, analyzes the competitive advantage, and explains the effect of product family structure and influencing factors on the competitive advantage of product family.
