【摘要】：在全球一體化經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,華欣公司不僅面臨著外部壓力,更面臨著內(nèi)部的困難。從外部來看,一方面存在著企業(yè)“孤島型”以及裝置規(guī)模不經(jīng)濟(jì)的問題,另一方面所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品不但受到國內(nèi)乳液法ABS和本體ABS的擠壓還要受到PP、HIPS等替代品的擠壓；從內(nèi)部來看,一是工藝技術(shù)、工藝流程的不成熟致使生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行非常不正常,二是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)品通用低端、市場客戶接受程度差導(dǎo)致企業(yè)瀕臨虧損,三是企業(yè)管理水平低、企業(yè)文化不清晰以及粗放的管理模式和組織配置與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理水平的不相適應(yīng),四是缺乏解決核心技術(shù)關(guān)鍵問題能力以及人才供應(yīng)鏈的突出矛盾。面對這一系列的問題,如果華欣公司仍要在激烈競爭的市場中求生存謀發(fā)展,就必須站在戰(zhàn)略的高度來分析和審視華欣公司所處的內(nèi)外環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢、劣勢以及機(jī)會、威脅等情況,重新確定公司的戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并提出有效的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施。因此,研究華欣公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,將成為公司最重要的一項任務(wù)。 本文通過運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論對華欣公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行綜合分析,挖掘出了企業(yè)問題的真正所在,尋找到了企業(yè)成功的關(guān)鍵因素和發(fā)展方向,制定了華欣公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出了實(shí)施企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的對策。該研究成果,對華欣公司以及其所屬的集團(tuán)公司的未來決策有較大的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic integration, Huaxin is facing not only external pressure, but also internal difficulties. From an external point of view, on the one hand, there are problems of "islanding" of enterprises and uneconomical scale of installations. On the other hand, the products produced are not only extruded by domestic emulsion process ABS and bulk ABS, but also extruded by substitutes such as PPP-hips. The second is the unstable quality of the products, the low end of the products in general, the poor acceptance of the market customers resulting in the enterprises being on the verge of losing money, and the third is the low level of enterprise management. The enterprise culture is not clear and the extensive management mode and organization configuration are not suitable for the modern enterprise management level. Fourth, the lack of the ability to solve the key problems of the core technology and the outstanding contradiction of the talent supply chain. In the face of this series of problems, If Huaxin still wants to survive and develop in a highly competitive market, it must analyze and examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Huaxin's internal and external environment from a strategic perspective. Therefore, it is the most important task for Huaxin Company to study the future development strategy of Huaxin Company. Through the comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of Huaxin Company by using the relevant theory of strategic management, this paper excavates the real problem of the enterprise, and finds out the key factors and development direction of the success of the enterprise. The development strategy of Huaxin Company is formulated, and the countermeasures to implement the future development of the enterprise are put forward. The research results are of great reference value to the future decision of Huaxin Company and its affiliated group company.
