【摘要】：中小企業(yè)融資面臨很多困難是一個(gè)不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)，供應(yīng)鏈融資則是解決這些困難的有效手段之一。按照供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)中關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體的不同（風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體主要為主體企業(yè)、主要為物權(quán)控制、主要為債權(quán)控制），筆者首先把供應(yīng)鏈融資模式細(xì)分成了三種模式。然后分別探討了不同模式下的變體、運(yùn)行流程及可能的適用范圍，以指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)鏈中的中小企業(yè)有針對(duì)性的選擇適合自己的模式。 就具體內(nèi)容來(lái)說(shuō)，本論文共五章：第一章介紹選題背景和意義、研究綜述、基本思路和研究方法；第二章供應(yīng)鏈融資運(yùn)作過(guò)程及其優(yōu)勢(shì)的機(jī)理；第三章介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體為主體企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈融資模式；第四章介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體為物權(quán)控制的供應(yīng)鏈融資模式；第五章介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體為債權(quán)控制的供應(yīng)鏈融資模式，在每一章里，筆者都進(jìn)行了典型的案例分析，較詳細(xì)地分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體主要為主體企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈融資模式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體主要為物權(quán)控制的供應(yīng)鏈融資模式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)載體主要為債權(quán)的供應(yīng)鏈融資模式，，對(duì)每一種模式的運(yùn)作流程和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了解析，并從實(shí)務(wù)的角度指出了各種模式下風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的主要措施，解析了供應(yīng)鏈融資的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable fact that small and medium-sized enterprises face many difficulties in financing, and supply chain financing is one of the effective means to solve these difficulties. Mainly for real right control, mainly for creditor's rights control, the author subdivides the supply chain financing model into three kinds of models, then discusses the variant, the running process and the possible application scope of the different modes, respectively. In order to guide the small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain to choose a targeted model suitable for their own. As far as the specific content is concerned, the thesis consists of five chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, the summary of the research, the basic ideas and research methods, the second chapter, the operation process of supply chain financing and the mechanism of its advantages. The third chapter introduces the supply chain financing mode of the risk carrier as the main enterprise; the 4th chapter introduces the supply chain financing mode of the risk carrier as the real right control; the 5th chapter introduces the supply chain financing mode which the risk carrier is the creditor's right control; In each chapter, the author has carried on the typical case analysis, has analyzed in detail the risk carrier mainly is the main enterprise supply chain financing pattern, the risk carrier mainly is the real right control supply chain financing mode, The risk carrier is mainly the supply chain financing mode of creditor's rights. The operation process and key links of each mode are analyzed, and the main measures of risk prevention under various modes are pointed out from the practical point of view. The key link of supply chain financing is analyzed.
