B公司采購管理研究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展,企業(yè)間的競爭漸漸演變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈管理的競爭,F(xiàn)今,采購管理被提升到企業(yè)管理的戰(zhàn)略層級(jí),如何將先進(jìn)的供應(yīng)鏈管理理念和方法應(yīng)用到企業(yè)的采購管理上成為企業(yè)當(dāng)下需要解決的問題。 本文首先對(duì)采購和供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜述,通過分析B公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹了戰(zhàn)略采購的成功實(shí)施對(duì)公司發(fā)展的重要性。然后本著理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則,首先介紹了對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行科學(xué)地評(píng)估和選擇方法,進(jìn)而結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略采購和供應(yīng)鏈管理方法闡述了供應(yīng)商管理開發(fā)的過程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了適合B公司采購的持續(xù)補(bǔ)貨(CR)供應(yīng)模式。 論文中提出的持續(xù)補(bǔ)貨模式(CR)參照精益供應(yīng)鏈的成本削減和敏捷供應(yīng)鏈的快速反應(yīng)特性,結(jié)合供應(yīng)商管理庫存(VMI)和協(xié)作規(guī)劃、預(yù)測和補(bǔ)貨(CPFR)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),根據(jù)供應(yīng)雙方的實(shí)際情況達(dá)成雙贏協(xié)議的模式,可為相關(guān)行業(yè)的采購管理提供有益的參考信息和學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以提高企業(yè)采購管理方面的合理性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Along with the development of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises gradually evolved into the competition of supply chain management. Nowadays, procurement management has been upgraded to the strategic level of enterprise management, how to apply the advanced supply chain management concept and method is applied to the enterprise's procurement management to become the enterprise the current problems need to be solved.
In this paper, firstly the related theory of procurement and supply chain management were summarized, by analyzing the development status of B company, introduces the importance of the successful implementation of procurement strategy for the development of the company. Then the principle of theory and practice, firstly introduces the scientific evaluation and selection method of supplier, and then combined with the strategic purchasing and supply chain management the method describes the process of supplier management and development, and put forward the continuous replenishment for B company procurement (CR) supply mode.
Continuous replenishment model presented in the paper (CR) according to the lean supply chain cost reduction and agile supply chain rapid response characteristics, combined with the vendor management inventory (VMI) and collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) advantages, according to the actual situation of the supply of both sides reach a win-win agreement pattern, provide a useful reference information and the learning experience of purchasing management for related industries, in order to improve the rationality and scientificity of enterprise purchasing management.
