【摘要】：近幾年隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化進(jìn)程速度加快,電子商務(wù)成為發(fā)展最快的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域之一。2014年,中國全社會電子商務(wù)交易額已經(jīng)突破了14萬億元,面向企業(yè)展開的電子商務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的銷售業(yè)務(wù)占據(jù)了主要地位,企業(yè)問的交易可在電子商務(wù)交易平臺上得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。其中,基于電子商務(wù)的物資采購業(yè)務(wù)成為企業(yè)網(wǎng)上交易的主要內(nèi)容。電力企業(yè)作為大型國有企業(yè),在電力基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)與電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行等方面都有資金規(guī)模數(shù)額龐大的物資采購需求。根據(jù)電力企業(yè)物資采購流程特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用電子商務(wù)信息化技術(shù),對電力企業(yè)物資采購信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義與應(yīng)用價值。首先,論文闡述了物資采購信息化的國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài),梳理了供應(yīng)鏈理論、電力企業(yè)物資采購業(yè)務(wù)流程、電子商務(wù)等基礎(chǔ)理論；其次,分析了電力企業(yè)物資采購信息化特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合具體案例,對電力企業(yè)物資采購信息化進(jìn)行了可行性測度；第三,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,采用JSP技術(shù)、Servlet技術(shù)以及其他系統(tǒng)軟件支持,對物資采購各模塊進(jìn)行了細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)中用戶登錄、招標(biāo)信息發(fā)布、競標(biāo)價格比對以及物資網(wǎng)上交易等功能；第四,詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)、信息導(dǎo)入、錄入與維護(hù)、招投標(biāo)管理以及系統(tǒng)管理功能；最后,對電力企業(yè)物資采購信息化應(yīng)用過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題及其應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the process of network informatization, e-commerce has become one of the fastest growing business fields. In 2014, the volume of e-commerce transactions in the whole society of China has exceeded 14 tillion yuan. E-commerce information system, which is oriented to enterprises, plays an important role in the sales business, and the transaction can be realized on the electronic commerce platform. The material purchasing business based on electronic commerce has become the main content of the online transaction of the enterprise. As a large state-owned enterprise, the electric power enterprise, In the aspects of electric power infrastructure construction and power system operation, there is a huge demand for material procurement on a large scale. According to the characteristics of material procurement process in electric power enterprises, electronic commerce information technology is applied. It has important practical significance and application value to study the design of material procurement information system in electric power enterprises. Firstly, the paper expounds the domestic and foreign research trends of material procurement information, and combs the supply chain theory. Power enterprise material procurement business process, electronic commerce and other basic theories; secondly, analyzed the characteristics of power enterprise material procurement information, and combined with specific cases, the feasibility of the power enterprise material procurement information measurement; third, According to the analysis results, using JSP technology servlet technology and other system software support, the material purchasing modules are designed in detail, and the user login and tender information are issued in the system. Bidding price comparison and materials online trading functions; 4th, detailed introduction of the overall system design, information import, input and maintenance, bidding management and system management functions. In this paper, the problems and application prospects in the application of material procurement information in electric power enterprises are prospected.
