乘用車公司采購業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化重組研究

【摘要】:目前各國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,全球化的合作與貿(mào)易逐漸密切,跨國車企間的競爭隨之愈發(fā)激烈。企業(yè)內(nèi)部流程的高效性和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性,成為了車企之間競爭的重要因素。作為汽車企業(yè)運(yùn)營中非常關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié),采購是汽車企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商合作與貿(mào)易的橋梁,采購流程對于采購業(yè)務(wù)及與其他各部門的合作至關(guān)重要,而且也是衡量企業(yè)核心競爭力的一個重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,,各個車企均在力求建立一種高效的、靈活的采購流程,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)整個供應(yīng)鏈與業(yè)務(wù)需求相連,以滿足最終客戶的需求。 本文基于業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的基本理論,對上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司目前的采購流程進(jìn)行失效模式分析與流程再造,以實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化成本,提高工作效率,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品競爭力的目的。 論文首先闡述采購流程和業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的基本理論以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)此理論基礎(chǔ)分析采購管理與業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的關(guān)系,為上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司的采購流程再造提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,對上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司采購業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查分析,指出上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司采購流程存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司采購流程再造的必要性。再次,闡述采購流程再造方案的實(shí)施過程以及流程再造的評價(jià)方法,確定上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司采購流程再造的目標(biāo)和原則,合理地設(shè)計(jì)采購流程,最后在電子采購模式下建立上汽集團(tuán)乘用車公司采購業(yè)務(wù)流程,并對使用效果進(jìn)行了反饋。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid economic development of various countries, the cooperation and trade of globalization are becoming more and more close, and the competition among multinational automobile enterprises is becoming more and more intense. As a key link in the operation of automobile enterprises, procurement is the bridge of cooperation and trade between automobile enterprises and suppliers, and the procurement process is very important for procurement business and cooperation with other departments. And it is also an important standard to measure the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, each car enterprise is striving to establish an efficient and flexible procurement process, which can realize the whole supply chain and business requirements to meet the needs of the final customers. Based on the basic theory of Business process Reengineering (BPR), this paper analyzes the failure mode and process reengineering of the current purchasing process of SAIC passenger car Company in order to optimize the cost, improve the work efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise's products. Firstly, the paper expounds the basic theory of procurement process and business process reengineering as well as the current research situation at home and abroad, and analyzes the relationship between procurement management and business process reengineering based on this theory. It provides a theoretical basis for the reengineering of the purchasing process of SAIC passenger car Company. Secondly, it makes a thorough investigation and analysis of the current situation of the purchasing business of SAIC passenger car Company, and points out the problems existing in the purchasing process of SAIC passenger car Company. On this basis, the necessity of procurement process reengineering of SAIC passenger car company is put forward. Thirdly, the implementation process of procurement process reengineering scheme and the evaluation method of process reengineering are expounded. The goal and principle of purchasing process reengineering of SAIC passenger car company are determined, and the purchasing process is designed reasonably. Finally, the purchasing business process of SAIC passenger car company is established under the electronic purchasing mode, and the effect of using is feedback.
