【摘要】:效率評(píng)價(jià)在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生活中是一項(xiàng)非常重要的任務(wù),同時(shí)也是一項(xiàng)有一定難度的任務(wù)。本文研究的就是如何對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生活中決策單元的效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),采用的是基于數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的方法。數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)是評(píng)價(jià)具有可比性決策單元之間相對(duì)效率的數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃方法,從1978年第一個(gè)DEA模型建立以來,DEA方法已逐漸發(fā)展為相對(duì)效率評(píng)價(jià)的最重要的方法之一。 傳統(tǒng)的DEA方法將決策單元視為一個(gè)整體,不考慮決策單元內(nèi)部的投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)系,這種方式無法有效的反映出決策單元真實(shí)的效率。本文研究的目的就是將決策單元打開,,對(duì)決策單元內(nèi)部進(jìn)行分析,提出有效的能夠計(jì)算其效率值的DEA模型,使得DEA方法能夠推廣到復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的效率評(píng)價(jià)方面。 矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)是目前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)常見的一類復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),比如循環(huán)系統(tǒng),基于生命周期的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)等,這類系統(tǒng)是指沒有開始子系統(tǒng)和結(jié)束子系統(tǒng)的一類網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),它的每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)都具有外部投入和產(chǎn)出,每?jī)蓚(gè)子系統(tǒng)之間都存在雙向投入產(chǎn)出的關(guān)系。本文針對(duì)矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建更為科學(xué)有效、符合管理實(shí)踐需求的矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA模型。根據(jù)研究方法的不同,本文的主要內(nèi)容可分為五章,主要內(nèi)容為:矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析、NCCR模型的建立及分析,NCCGSS模型的建立及分析、NSBM模型的建立及分析、模型在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。 第三章首先提出矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的具體結(jié)構(gòu)形式,然后對(duì)矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,基于數(shù)學(xué)邏輯和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)范式,建立相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)可能集理論及相應(yīng)的多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型。 第四章到第六章針對(duì)矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建NCCR模型,NCCGSS模型及NSBM模型,對(duì)模型提出數(shù)值計(jì)算和有效性判別方法;證明矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA有效與Pareto有效解之間的等價(jià)關(guān)系,同時(shí)給出了數(shù)值算例分析。 第七章是實(shí)證分析。以農(nóng)業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)效率評(píng)價(jià)、基于投入產(chǎn)出表第二產(chǎn)業(yè)效率評(píng)價(jià)及電力企業(yè)效率評(píng)價(jià)為應(yīng)用對(duì)象開展所建模型與方法的實(shí)證研究,分析了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,也顯示了本文的研究具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 總之,本文從理論上初步構(gòu)建矩陣型網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA模型的方法體系,從實(shí)踐上為宏觀及微觀循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的管理效率評(píng)價(jià)與決策提供可操作的定量手段支撐。
[Abstract]:Efficiency evaluation is not only a very important task in economic and social life, but also a difficult one. This paper studies how to evaluate the efficiency of decision making units in economic and social life. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEAA) is a mathematical programming method for evaluating the relative efficiency of comparable decision making units. Since the first DEA model was established in 1978, it has gradually developed into one of the most important methods for evaluating relative efficiency. The traditional DEA method regards the decision making unit as a whole and does not consider the input-output relation within the decision making unit. This method can not effectively reflect the true efficiency of the decision making unit. The purpose of this paper is to open the decision making unit. The DEA model which can calculate the efficiency value of the decision making unit is put forward by analyzing the decision making unit. The DEA method can be extended to the efficiency evaluation of complex system. Matrix network system is a kind of complex system, such as circulatory system, life cycle based supply chain system and so on. Each subsystem has external input and output, and there is a bidirectional input-output relationship between each subsystem. The DEA model of matrix network meets the requirement of management practice. According to the different research methods, the main contents of this paper can be divided into five chapters. The main contents are as follows: the structure analysis of matrix network system and the establishment and analysis of NCCGSS model; the establishment and analysis of NSBM model; the practical application of NCCGSS model in economic society. In the third chapter, the concrete structure of matrix network structure is put forward, and then the matrix network structure is analyzed. Based on mathematical logic and economic paradigm, the corresponding production possibility set theory and the corresponding multi-objective programming model are established. From 4th to 6th, according to the characteristics of matrix network system, NCCR model and NSBM model are constructed, numerical calculation and validity judgment method are proposed, and the equivalent relationship between DEA efficiency and Pareto efficient solution of matrix network is proved. Numerical examples are also given. Chapter 7th is the empirical analysis. The empirical research is carried out on the evaluation of agricultural circular economy system efficiency, the evaluation of the secondary industry efficiency based on the input-output table and the efficiency evaluation of electric power enterprises. The practical significance of the evaluation results is analyzed, and it also shows that the research in this paper has some practical application value. In a word, this paper preliminarily constructs the method system of matrix network DEA model in theory, and provides the operational quantitative means for the management efficiency evaluation and decision making of macro and micro circular economy system in practice.
