果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策機制研究

【摘要】:果蔬類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品營養(yǎng)豐富,越來越受到消費者的青睞,消費量逐年攀升。與此同時,消費者對果蔬類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在綠色、環(huán)保、質(zhì)量安全等方面的要求也越來越高。為了滿足消費者的要求,果蔬供應(yīng)鏈各成員應(yīng)該建立密切合作關(guān)系,進(jìn)行協(xié)同決策。實現(xiàn)果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同決策對減少環(huán)境污染、保證果蔬類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全和降低流通損耗、提高我國果蔬類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際競爭力具有重大意義。然而,目前我國果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈運作效率較低,缺乏必要的的協(xié)同決策機制,導(dǎo)致供應(yīng)鏈各成員利益和風(fēng)險不對稱,缺乏協(xié)同決策動力,協(xié)同決策較難實現(xiàn)。 因此,本文通過分析果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈效率提升的驅(qū)動力,明確果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策的必要性,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,探安果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策的動力,構(gòu)建果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險分擔(dān)、成本控制、收益分配的協(xié)同決策模型,形成果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策機制,旨在為果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策的實施提供理論依據(jù)和方法模型。 本論文的內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個方面:(1)給出果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈定義。在分析果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題的基礎(chǔ)上,明確提升果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈效率的驅(qū)動力,論證協(xié)同決策的必要性。(2)構(gòu)建果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策動力模型,探明進(jìn)行協(xié)同決策的動力來源。(3)運用委托代理理論,構(gòu)建考慮風(fēng)險分擔(dān)努力因素的果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險分擔(dān)協(xié)同決策模型,解決委托代理風(fēng)險分擔(dān)協(xié)同決策問題。并針對突發(fā)事件風(fēng)險,構(gòu)建果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈突發(fā)事件風(fēng)險協(xié)同決策支持體系。(4)建立基于新鮮度迭代關(guān)系的果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈保鮮成本控制協(xié)同決策模型,解決果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈保鮮成本控制協(xié)同決策問題;基于納什談判理論構(gòu)建果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)保成本分?jǐn)倕f(xié)同決策模型,分析果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)保成本分?jǐn)偟膮f(xié)同決策問題。(5)運用考慮新鮮度因素的修正Shapley值法建立了果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娣峙鋮f(xié)同決策模型,解決果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娣峙鋮f(xié)同決策問題。(6)從信任保障、信息共享保障、協(xié)同決策支持平臺保障三個方面研究果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同決策保障機制。 經(jīng)過研究,本文主要得出了以下結(jié)論:(1)構(gòu)建果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同決策機制是提高果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈效率的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動力:(2)考慮風(fēng)險分擔(dān)努力因素的委托代理契約可以使果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈的委托代理風(fēng)險得到更合理的分擔(dān);(3)通過基于新鮮度迭代關(guān)系的果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈保鮮成本控制協(xié)同決策模型,可以使果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈保鮮成本得到較合理的控制;(4)運用考慮新鮮度因素的修正Shapley值法可以對果蔬綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找孢M(jìn)行更合理地分配。
[Abstract]:Fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrition and are becoming more and more popular among consumers, and the consumption is rising year by year. At the same time, consumers have a green and environmentally friendly attitude towards fruits and vegetables. In order to meet the requirements of consumers, the members of the fruit and vegetable supply chain should establish close cooperation and make cooperative decisions. It is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of fruits and vegetables agricultural products and reduce the circulation loss, and to improve the international competitiveness of our country's fruits and vegetables products. However, at present, the operation efficiency of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables in China is relatively low, and the necessary cooperative decision-making mechanism is lacking. As a result, the interests and risks of each member of the supply chain are asymmetric, and the cooperative decision making is difficult to realize. Therefore, by analyzing the driving force of efficiency improvement of green supply chain of fruit and vegetable, this paper makes clear the necessity of collaborative decision making of green supply chain of fruit and vegetable, and on this basis, probes into the motive force of collaborative decision of green supply chain of fruit and vegetable. In order to provide theoretical basis and method model for the implementation of green supply chain collaborative decision making mechanism of fruit and vegetable green supply chain is established by constructing cooperative decision model of risk sharing cost control and income distribution in green supply chain of fruit and vegetable. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: 1) giving the definition of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables, the driving force of improving the efficiency of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables is determined. Demonstrate the necessity of collaborative decision making. 2) construct the dynamic model of collaborative decision in green supply chain of fruits and vegetables, and find out the power source of collaborative decision making. In order to solve the problem of principal-agent risk sharing collaborative decision making, this paper constructs a collaborative decision-making model of fruit and vegetable green supply chain risk sharing considering the factors of risk sharing, and aims at the emergent risk. The collaborative decision support system of emergent event risk in green supply chain of fruit and vegetable is constructed. (4) based on the iterative relationship of freshness, the collaborative decision model of keeping fresh cost in green supply chain of fruit and vegetable is established. Based on Nash negotiation theory, the cooperative decision model of environmental cost allocation in green supply chain of fruits and vegetables is established. This paper analyzes the collaborative decision problem of environmental cost allocation in green supply chain of fruits and vegetables. (5) using the modified Shapley value method considering freshness factor, the cooperative decision model of profit distribution in green supply chain of fruit and vegetable is established. In order to solve the problem of cooperative decision making of green fruit and vegetable supply chain, this paper studies the cooperative decision support mechanism of green supply chain from three aspects: trust guarantee, information sharing guarantee and collaborative decision support platform. After study, The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) constructing the collaborative decision-making mechanism of green supply chain is the key driving force to improve the efficiency of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables: 2) the principal-agent contract considering the factors of risk sharing and effort can make fruits and vegetables green. The principal-agent risk of supply chain can be shared more reasonably. Based on freshness iteration relationship, the collaborative decision model of keeping fresh cost control in green supply chain of fruits and vegetables is proposed. The cost of keeping fresh in green supply chain of fruits and vegetables can be controlled reasonably. The modified Shapley value method considering freshness factor can be used to distribute the profit of green supply chain of fruits and vegetables more reasonably.
