【摘要】：高效的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通是平抑農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價格、實現(xiàn)供需匹配、促進(jìn)農(nóng)戶增收的有效途徑。當(dāng)前,我國鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通格局不斷演化,傳統(tǒng)模式與現(xiàn)代模式不斷交互、替代、融合,供應(yīng)鏈管理理念與信息技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,單一流通模式逐步趨于多元化,而市場的地域性使得這一特征更加顯著�？偨Y(jié)美國、日本、荷蘭三個發(fā)達(dá)國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通模式特點與成功經(jīng)驗,梳理我國鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展歷程,綜合比較現(xiàn)有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通模式可以發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)超對接模式與生產(chǎn)者+零售商+消費(fèi)者模式最為相近,能夠有效集合小規(guī)模生產(chǎn)商,快速將農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通到消費(fèi)市場,最適合我國當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展趨勢�；诒緛砩睢㈨権S優(yōu)選兩個典型案例,對"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"背景下我國鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行考察發(fā)現(xiàn),"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"下的流通模式更接近農(nóng)超對接模式,最適合我國國情。在諸多流通模式中,農(nóng)超對接模式發(fā)展?jié)摿Ω?生命力更強(qiáng),能夠為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售提供良好平臺,能夠得到商家的大力支持,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)生產(chǎn)者與零售型超市的雙贏。政府應(yīng)繼續(xù)出臺相關(guān)政策支持和推動農(nóng)超對接模式發(fā)展,以更好地造福廣大農(nóng)戶。
[Abstract]:Efficient circulation of agricultural products is an effective way to stabilize the price of agricultural products, achieve the matching between supply and demand, and promote the increase of farmers' income. At present, the pattern of circulation of fresh agricultural products in China is constantly evolving, and the traditional and modern models are constantly interacting, replacing and merging. The concept of supply chain management and information technology continue to develop, the single circulation model is becoming more and more diversified, and the regional nature of the market makes this feature more prominent. The characteristics and successful experience of agricultural product circulation mode in three developed countries of the Netherlands, combing the course of supply chain development of fresh agricultural products in our country, and synthetically comparing the existing agricultural product circulation mode can be found. The model of agricultural super docking is most similar to the mode of producer, retailer and consumer. It can effectively assemble small-scale producers and quickly circulate agricultural products to the consumer market, which is most suitable for the current economic and social development trend of our country. Shunfeng selected two typical cases and investigated the supply chain of fresh agricultural products under the background of "Internet". It was found that the circulation mode under the "Internet" is closer to the mode of agricultural super docking, which is most suitable for the national conditions of our country. Agricultural super docking mode has greater potential and vitality, can provide a good platform for agricultural products sales, and can get strong support from merchants. The government should continue to introduce relevant policies to support and promote the development of agricultural super docking mode in order to better benefit the majority of farmers.
