面向循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的廢舊產(chǎn)品回收渠道模式研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)淘汰或廢棄的電子商品越來(lái)越多和汽車保有量呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),電子產(chǎn)品和報(bào)廢汽車的報(bào)廢高峰期正在來(lái)臨,與此同時(shí)我國(guó)整個(gè)廢舊產(chǎn)品行業(yè)的回收渠道模式呈現(xiàn)單一化、分散化與不規(guī)范,發(fā)展進(jìn)程較慢。本文專門以面向循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為導(dǎo)向,研究對(duì)廢舊產(chǎn)品的回收渠道模式進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,圍繞由制造商、零售商和第三方回收機(jī)構(gòu)組成的再制造閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的原型,,提出了三者兩兩同時(shí)進(jìn)行回收廢舊產(chǎn)品回收模式的類型,構(gòu)建了相關(guān)收益函數(shù)模型,利用Stackelberg主從博弈模型,本文以制造商向其他方收取的回購(gòu)價(jià)為自變量,選取整個(gè)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈體系下的廢舊產(chǎn)品回收率、制造商利潤(rùn)以及整個(gè)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的利潤(rùn)和零售商銷售的零售產(chǎn)品價(jià)格等指標(biāo)作為可比對(duì)象,推導(dǎo)出其相關(guān)指標(biāo)關(guān)于回購(gòu)價(jià)的目標(biāo)函數(shù),在其他條件不變的情況下進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出了混合回收渠道最佳模式為制造商與零售商混合回收渠道模式。然后通過(guò)具體算例分析對(duì)結(jié)論進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步證明和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義解釋。文章研究意義在于幫助處在循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)如何選擇回收渠道模式研究渠道,做出最有利于企業(yè)利益的決策模式。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文將最優(yōu)混合回收渠道模式與單一回收最優(yōu)模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,認(rèn)為MR模型優(yōu)于R模式;并進(jìn)一步對(duì)上述最優(yōu)混合回收渠道模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過(guò)采取戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作的措施來(lái)解決分散控制決策下產(chǎn)生的雙重溢出問題。同時(shí),本文還注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,選取循環(huán)再生龍頭企業(yè)——格林美作為實(shí)例研究對(duì)象,驗(yàn)證了混合回收渠道模式的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With more and more electronic goods being eliminated or abandoned in our country and the quantity of automobile increasing continuously, the peak period of scrapping of electronic products and end-of-life vehicles is coming. At the same time, the recycling channel model of the whole industry of waste and used products in China presents a single, decentralized and non-standard, the development process is slow. This paper is oriented to the development of recycling industry. The research extends the recycling channel model of waste products around the prototype of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain composed of manufacturers retailers and third-party recycling agencies. This paper puts forward the type of recycling mode of waste and old products, constructs the model of related income function, and makes use of the Stackelberg master-slave game model. Based on the repo price charged by the manufacturer from other parties, this paper selects the recovery rate of the waste products under the closed-loop supply chain system as an independent variable. The manufacturer profit, the profit of the whole closed-loop supply chain and the retail product price sold by the retailer are taken as the comparable objects, and the objective function of the relevant indexes about the repo price is deduced. The comparative analysis is carried out under the condition that other conditions are not changed. It is concluded that the best model of mixed recovery channel is the mixed recovery channel model of manufacturer and retailer. Then the conclusion is further proved and the practical significance is explained by concrete example analysis. The research significance of this paper lies in the help place. Enterprises in the recycling industry how to choose the recycling channel model research channel. Make the most favorable decision-making model for the interests of the enterprise. On this basis, this paper compares the optimal mixed recovery channel model with the single recovery optimal model, and thinks that the Mr model is better than the R model. And further optimization of the above optimal mixed recovery channel model, through the adoption of strategic cooperation measures to solve the problem of dual spillover under decentralized control decision-making. At the same time, this paper also pays attention to the theory combined with practice. The recycling leading enterprise Greene Mei is selected as an example to verify the practical significance of the mixed recovery channel model.
