具過度自信零售商的供應鏈網(wǎng)絡均衡研究

【摘要】:當今世界,商業(yè)競爭模式已從傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的單打獨斗轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷溑c供應鏈之間的復雜競爭。供應鏈網(wǎng)絡模型成為生產(chǎn)、運營以及運輸?shù)阮I域中最為常見的供應鏈管理決策模型。供應鏈網(wǎng)絡均衡的研究成為眾多管理學者的重點研究領域。傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡均衡的研究大都是基于網(wǎng)絡成員完全理性行為的研究,然而,大量的實證研究表明,現(xiàn)實中人們普遍存在著過度自信行為,基于完全理性行為的網(wǎng)絡均衡研究具有很大的局限性。因此,為了使研究更具現(xiàn)實意義,本文將過度自信行為納入到供應鏈網(wǎng)絡均衡模型中。研究隨機需求市場環(huán)境下具過度自信行為零售商的供應鏈網(wǎng)絡均衡問題,分析零售商的過度自信行為對自身訂購決策、制造商供給決策以及整個供應鏈網(wǎng)絡均衡的影響。本文研究結(jié)果表明,零售商過度自信行為的研究對網(wǎng)絡成員的行為決策具有很好的解釋力。當市場出現(xiàn)不利信息時,零售商的過度自信程度越大,其均衡產(chǎn)品訂購量越小,且均衡訂購價格越低;當市場出現(xiàn)有利信息時,零售商的過度自信程度越大,其均衡產(chǎn)品訂購量越大,且均衡訂購價格越高。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the mode of business competition has changed from traditional single fight between enterprises to complex competition between supply chain and supply chain. Supply chain network model has become production. Supply chain management decision model is the most common model in the fields of operation and transportation. The research of supply chain network equilibrium has become the key research field of many management scholars. The traditional research of network equilibrium is mostly based on network members. The study of perfectly rational behavior. However, a large number of empirical studies show that people generally have overconfident behavior in reality, and the research of network equilibrium based on completely rational behavior has great limitations. Therefore, in order to make the study more practical significance. In this paper, overconfidence behavior is incorporated into the supply chain network equilibrium model, and the supply chain network equilibrium problem of retailers with overconfident behavior in the stochastic demand market environment is studied. This paper analyzes the influence of retailers' overconfidence behavior on their own order decision, manufacturer's supply decision and the equilibrium of the whole supply chain network. The research of retailers' overconfidence behavior has a good explanation for the behavior decision of network members. When there is adverse information in the market, the greater the degree of overconfidence of retailers, the smaller the ordered quantity of balanced products. And the lower the equilibrium price; When there is favorable information in the market, the greater the degree of overconfidence of retailers, the greater the amount of balanced products ordered, and the higher the price of equilibrium orders.
