基于累積前景理論的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈任務(wù)分配研究

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈訂單分配或者服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈訂單分配研究中,其訂單分配模型一般都是基于理性經(jīng)濟(jì)人的假設(shè),且大多是單周期的訂單分配。這些訂單分配模型既沒(méi)有考慮到行為因素對(duì)訂單分配的影響,也沒(méi)有考慮到多周期的情況。在多周期供應(yīng)鏈需求訂單分配過(guò)程中,提供商的主觀效用函數(shù)不僅與自身能力申請(qǐng)值相關(guān),也與提供商在團(tuán)隊(duì)中的任務(wù)分配占有率相關(guān)。因此將行為管理的理論引入到服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的模型構(gòu)建中,能夠更加準(zhǔn)確數(shù)地描述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)條件下的供應(yīng)鏈主體的決策行為,探索提供商不同的行為參數(shù)對(duì)任務(wù)分配的影響,并能為其提供一定的理論依據(jù)。 本文首先從實(shí)踐和理論層面分析了選題的依據(jù)和意義,指出在物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈任務(wù)分配過(guò)程中對(duì)提供商行為研究的缺乏。然后,本文梳理了基于供應(yīng)鏈任務(wù)分配、多周期供應(yīng)鏈、行為運(yùn)營(yíng)管理和前景理論、供應(yīng)鏈訂單分配的求解方法以及供應(yīng)鏈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等研究的理論成果,并指出基于前景理論對(duì)上述問(wèn)題進(jìn)行再研究的創(chuàng)新性和合理性,為全文的研究工作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。之后,,本文從前景理論、多周期、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等方面分別討論物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的任務(wù)分配問(wèn)題,具體包括:(1)論文研究了基于累積前景理論,構(gòu)建了兩周期內(nèi)的提供商任務(wù)分配主觀效用函數(shù),考慮到不同的提供商的分配地位不同,建立了兩周期內(nèi)的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈兩級(jí)任務(wù)分配模型,該模型綜合考慮了物流服務(wù)集成商成本最小化和提供商主觀效用最大化的目標(biāo)約束,給出了模型的求解方法,并利用MATLAB7.8軟件對(duì)任務(wù)分配模型進(jìn)行了算例分析,探討了提供商的行為參數(shù)對(duì)任務(wù)分配結(jié)果的影響。(2)傳統(tǒng)的多目標(biāo)函數(shù)求解方法存在一定的弊端,因此本文提出了一種新的求解方法,利用改進(jìn)的TOPSIS方法來(lái)求解多目標(biāo)模型。(3)考慮到訂單分配經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)多周期情況,論文將模型從兩個(gè)周期擴(kuò)展到了多周期,同時(shí)引入了不同能力的非匹配程度最小化的目標(biāo)。(4)在訂單分配中,提供商之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的。論文將競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制引入到物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈任務(wù)分配的過(guò)程中。最后,給出了論文研究的主要結(jié)論以及未來(lái)進(jìn)一步研究的展望。
[Abstract]:In the traditional supply chain order allocation or service supply chain order allocation research, its order allocation model is generally based on rational economic man hypothesis. These models do not take into account the influence of behavior factors on order allocation, nor do they take into account the situation of multi-cycle. In the process of multi-cycle supply chain demand order allocation. The subjective utility function of the provider is not only related to the application value of its own ability, but also to the task allocation share of the provider in the team. Therefore, the theory of behavior management is introduced into the model construction of service supply chain. It can more accurately describe the decision-making behavior of supply chain agents under risk conditions, explore the influence of different behavior parameters on task allocation, and provide some theoretical basis for it. This paper first analyzes the basis and significance of the topic from the practical and theoretical levels, and points out the lack of research on provider behavior in the process of task allocation in logistics service supply chain. This paper reviews the theoretical results based on supply chain task allocation, multi-cycle supply chain, behavioral operation management and prospect theory, supply chain order allocation method and supply chain competition. It also points out the innovation and rationality of the re-study of the above problems based on the foreground theory, which lays a foundation for the research work of this paper. Then, this paper starts from the perspective theory, multi-period. In the aspect of competition, we discuss the task assignment problem of logistics service supply chain separately, including: 1) the thesis studies the subjective utility function of provider task assignment in two cycles based on cumulative foreground theory. Considering the different distribution status of different providers, a two-level task allocation model of logistics service supply chain is established in two cycles. This model considers the objective constraints of the cost minimization of logistics service integrators and the maximization of the subjective utility of the provider, and gives the solution method of the model. The task assignment model is analyzed by using MATLAB7.8 software. This paper discusses the influence of provider's behavior parameters on the result of task assignment. (2) the traditional multi-objective function solving method has some drawbacks, so this paper proposes a new method to solve the problem. Using the improved TOPSIS method to solve the multi-objective model. 3) considering that the order allocation often occurs multi-period, the paper extends the model from two cycles to multi-period. At the same time, the objective of minimization of mismatch degree of different capabilities is introduced. Competition among providers is a common occurrence. This paper introduces the competition mechanism into the process of task allocation in logistics service supply chain. Finally, the main conclusions of this paper and the prospect of further research are given.
