【摘要】：伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化、區(qū)域一體化以及水路運輸服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展,作為水路運輸?shù)闹匾?jié)點,港口的功能和結(jié)構(gòu)也在不斷地發(fā)生變化。港口的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢形成的聚集效應(yīng),使得現(xiàn)代大型港口已由過去單純的貨物集散換裝點,發(fā)展為集貨物中轉(zhuǎn)、加工制造、貿(mào)易、金融服務(wù)等多種功能于一體的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。港口己成為所在城市經(jīng)濟的強有力的發(fā)展引擎,城市的發(fā)展對港口提供綜合服務(wù)的要求越來越迫切,港口的綜合服務(wù)能力已成為港口競爭力的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。 天津港為了適應(yīng)這種形勢的發(fā)展,在提高碼頭吞吐能力的同時,利用自身優(yōu)勢,在單純的裝卸生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,向產(chǎn)業(yè)上下游拓展。通過內(nèi)陸無水港的建設(shè),加強對腹地的輻射帶動作用,提高港口的運行效率和經(jīng)濟效益。在這種背景下,為了適應(yīng)供應(yīng)鏈管理的需要,使港口物流成為天津港的核心競爭資源,需要對天津港的港口物流競爭力提升問題進行深入的研究。 本文通過對目前港口發(fā)展理論研究文獻的梳理,確定港口物流的內(nèi)涵,通過對天津港港口物流的發(fā)展環(huán)境分析和發(fā)展條件分析,提出天津港港口物流發(fā)展的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)、優(yōu)勢和劣勢,提出天津港港口物流發(fā)展對策,為天津港可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供動力。 研究表明,天津港發(fā)展港口物流具有巨大的內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢和良好外部環(huán)境條件,天津港應(yīng)強化內(nèi)在優(yōu)勢,完善專業(yè)化服務(wù)功能,加物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),提高港口物流的信息化水平,通過整合物流資源,加快物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布建,提高天津港港口物流的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy, regional integration and the development of waterway transport service network, as an important node of waterway transport. The function and structure of the port are also changing constantly. Because of the agglomeration effect formed by the location advantage of the port, the modern large port has developed from the simple cargo collection and distribution point to the collection goods transfer, processing and manufacturing. Trade, financial services and other functions in one of the industrial clusters. The port has become a strong economic development engine of the city, the development of the city to provide comprehensive services to the port more and more urgent. The comprehensive service capacity of port has become one of the measures of port competitiveness. Tianjin Port in order to adapt to the development of this situation, in order to improve the capacity of the terminal, at the same time, using its own advantages, on the basis of simple loading and unloading production, expand to the upstream and downstream of the industry, through the construction of inland waterless port. In order to meet the needs of supply chain management, port logistics becomes the core competitive resource of Tianjin Port. Need to carry on the thorough research to the Tianjin port port logistics competition enhancement question. This article through the current port development theory research literature combing, determines the port logistics connotation, through the Tianjin port port logistics development environment analysis and the development condition analysis. This paper puts forward the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages of the port logistics development of Tianjin Port, and puts forward the countermeasures for the port logistics development of Tianjin Port, which provides the motive force for the sustainable development of Tianjin Port. The research shows that the development of port logistics in Tianjin Port has great internal advantages and good external environmental conditions. Tianjin Port should strengthen its internal advantages, perfect its specialized service function and add the construction of logistics infrastructure. Improve the information level of port logistics, through the integration of logistics resources, accelerate the construction of logistics network, improve the competitiveness of port logistics of Tianjin Port.
