【摘要】：文章引入了外生消費(fèi)者偏好對新品和再造品進(jìn)行區(qū)分,針對企業(yè)加入碳交易體系和不加入而接受超額懲罰2種情形建立模型,并運(yùn)用二層規(guī)劃方法對模型進(jìn)行求解,通過數(shù)值仿真探究了不同排放配額、交易價(jià)格和懲罰價(jià)格對企業(yè)定價(jià)決策的影響。模型結(jié)果表明,雖然碳配額機(jī)制在一定程度上降低了企業(yè)利潤并提高了產(chǎn)品售價(jià),但是能夠促使企業(yè)擴(kuò)大回收力度、改變生產(chǎn)模式和降低二氧化碳排放,且碳限排政策相比于碳交易政策對企業(yè)排放約束更為直接有效,且更具穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The introduction of exogenous consumer preferences for new products and remanufactured products to distinguish, for enterprises to join the carbon trading system and not to join and accept extra 2 cases to establish the model of punishment, and the use of two layer planning method to solve the model by numerical simulation on different emission quotas, affect the trading price and price of enterprise pricing decisions of punishment the model results show that although the carbon quota mechanism to a certain extent reduce the profits of enterprises and improve the product price, but can encourage enterprises to expand recycling efforts, change the mode of production and a two reduction in carbon emissions, and carbon emission policy compared to the carbon trading policy on enterprise emission constraints more direct and effective, and more stability.
