【摘要】：物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃是供應(yīng)鏈管理研究領(lǐng)域中的一個基本問題，它的主要任務(wù)是確定產(chǎn)品從制造廠到客戶的整條流通渠道的結(jié)構(gòu)以及流通的方式等。在企業(yè)物流資源無法滿足所有客戶需求的情況下，如何進行配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃使得有限的資源產(chǎn)生最大的效益是一個值得研究的問題。配送中心選址是物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃問題中的一個最基本的問題。原因是配送中心建設(shè)投資大、周期長、回收緩慢，一經(jīng)選定后就將長期經(jīng)營，且合理地選址可以有效節(jié)省企業(yè)的費用。也正是基于以上原因，近年來，配送中心選址問題得到理論界和企業(yè)界的重視。 本文旨在針對企業(yè)物流資源無法滿足所有客戶需求的情況，對企業(yè)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃進行研究，特別的針對企業(yè)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中的重點問題——選址規(guī)劃進行重點研究。具體研究內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面： ①闡述了物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中的選址決策、運輸決策以及庫存決策這三大基本決策問題，并對其進行了一定程度的分析。 ②針對物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中的重點問題——選址規(guī)劃，引入客戶價值與客戶時間滿意度函數(shù)進行選址研究。 ③利用選址理論中的經(jīng)典方法——覆蓋法，權(quán)衡覆蓋的客戶價值、客戶時間滿意度與網(wǎng)絡(luò)總成本，建立了一個多目標企業(yè)物流配送中心選址模型，，以解決在企業(yè)物流資源有限的情況下，科學(xué)進行資源分配以產(chǎn)生最大效益的問題。 ④應(yīng)用本文提出的思想以及構(gòu)建的模型，對A企業(yè)進行企業(yè)物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Logistics distribution network planning is a basic problem in the field of supply chain management. Its main task is to determine the structure of the whole distribution channel from the manufacturer to the customer and the way of circulation. In the case of the enterprise logistics resources can not meet the needs of all customers. It is worth studying how to plan the distribution network to maximize the benefit of limited resources. The location of distribution center is the most basic problem in the logistics distribution network planning. The reason is that the distribution center. Large investment in construction. Long cycle, slow recovery, after the selection of long-term management, and reasonable location can effectively save the cost of enterprises. Also, it is based on the above reasons, in recent years. Distribution center location problem has been paid attention to by the theory and business circles. The purpose of this paper is to study the enterprise logistics distribution network planning in view of the enterprise logistics resources can not meet the needs of all customers. In particular, it focuses on the key problems in enterprise logistics distribution network planning-siting planning. The specific research contents include the following aspects: The main contents are as follows: 1. The three basic decision problems of location decision, transportation decision and inventory decision in logistics distribution network planning are expounded and analyzed to a certain extent. (2) aiming at the key problem in logistics distribution network planning, the location planning is studied by introducing the function of customer value and customer time satisfaction. 3Use the classical method of location selection-covering method, weigh the customer value of coverage, customer time satisfaction and total network cost, establish a multi-objective logistics distribution center location model. In order to solve the problem of scientific resource allocation in the case of limited logistics resources. 4 using the idea and model proposed in this paper, the logistics distribution network planning of enterprise A is carried out.
