【摘要】：汽車市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈，汽車售后服務(wù)的好壞將決定著汽車銷售4S店的興衰，而決定汽車售后服務(wù)品質(zhì)的重要因素之一，則是汽車服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存管理。汽車服務(wù)備件自身的特點(diǎn)，使得它比一般產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存控制的難度要大。本文以邵陽海眾公司汽車4S店為平臺(tái)，找出該企業(yè)現(xiàn)行服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存控制存在的主要問題，提出新的服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存控制模式，通過綜合運(yùn)用科學(xué)的服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存控制管理法，，較好地解決備件庫(kù)存管理的問題。 本文擬運(yùn)用運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的理論，采用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的分析方法，深入分析邵陽海眾公司基本狀況及組織結(jié)構(gòu)，分析了服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存組織管理現(xiàn)狀，找出了服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存管理存在的問題，并對(duì)存在問題的原因進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，使用ABC、FSN、VED等幾種分類方法相結(jié)合的方式對(duì)該公司服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存管理作了合理分類，提出了運(yùn)用JMI理論進(jìn)行服務(wù)備件多倉(cāng)庫(kù)聯(lián)合庫(kù)存控制的策略，最后提出了邵陽海眾公司服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存管理優(yōu)化方案和保障措施。 通過對(duì)邵陽海眾公司汽車4S店的備件分類研究，結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)、單一的分類法得到新的綜合分類法，將原來50種備件減少到47件，減少了庫(kù)存?zhèn)浼姆N類和數(shù)量，節(jié)省了空間和成本。同時(shí)根據(jù)邵陽海眾公司汽車4S店的現(xiàn)狀，選擇了一種匹配的聯(lián)合庫(kù)存控制策略有效地改善了邵陽海眾公司汽車4S店在庫(kù)存方面的管理流程，節(jié)約了公司成本，促進(jìn)了客戶滿意度提升，提高了售后服務(wù)維修的評(píng)價(jià)滿意度，最終公司可以在這樣一個(gè)需求不斷擴(kuò)大的蓬勃的市場(chǎng)中可持續(xù)地發(fā)展下去。
[Abstract]:The automobile market competition is increasingly fierce, the automobile after-sales service quality will decide the automobile sale 4S shop rise and fall, but decides the automobile after-sales service quality one of the important factors. It is the inventory management of automobile service spare parts. The characteristics of auto service spare parts make it more difficult than general product inventory control. This paper finds out the main problems existing in the current service spare parts inventory control of the enterprise, and puts forward a new service spare parts inventory control mode, through the comprehensive application of scientific service spare parts inventory control management method. Solve the problem of spare parts inventory management. Based on the theory of operation management and the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes the basic situation and organization structure of Shaoyang Haizhong Company, and analyzes the present situation of service spare parts inventory organization and management. This paper finds out the problems existing in the inventory management of service spare parts, and analyzes the causes of the problems. On the basis of this, we use ABC FSN. In this paper, several classification methods such as VED are combined to classify the service spare parts inventory management reasonably, and the strategy of using JMI theory to control the joint inventory of service spare parts multi-warehouse is put forward. Finally, the optimization scheme and safeguard measures of service spare parts inventory management of Shaoyang Haizhong Company are put forward. Through the research on spare parts classification of 4S shop of Shaoyang Haizhong Company, combined with tradition and single classification method, a new comprehensive classification method was obtained, which reduced the original 50 kinds of spare parts to 47 pieces. Reduce the type and quantity of spare parts in stock, save space and cost. At the same time, according to the current situation of 4S store in Shaoyang Haizhong Company. A matching joint inventory control strategy is selected to effectively improve the inventory management process of Shaoyang Haizhong Automobile 4S store, save the cost of the company, and promote the improvement of customer satisfaction. The evaluation satisfaction of after-sales service maintenance can be improved, and eventually the company can develop sustainably in such a booming market with increasing demand.
