【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和一體化的加速發(fā)展,國(guó)際分工朝著更為細(xì)致的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈方向發(fā)展,正在形成供應(yīng)商、制造商、經(jīng)銷商直至用戶的完整的供應(yīng)鏈。加之金融危機(jī)深刻的影響著各個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活,銀行的信貸模式也在不斷的變化,傳統(tǒng)的信貸業(yè)務(wù)模式已經(jīng)不能滿足日益發(fā)展的融資需求,銀行比任何時(shí)刻都更加傾向于有真實(shí)交易背景的貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù),因此這種自償性的貿(mào)易融資,也就是供應(yīng)鏈金融應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。作為銀行業(yè)界順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流的新興業(yè)務(wù),供應(yīng)鏈金融能在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控的前提下為銀行帶來(lái)穩(wěn)定的收益,同時(shí)也能極大限度的支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,在提高核心企業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)效率的同時(shí),解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問題,從而成為銀行甚至政府重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略性金融產(chǎn)品。 本文在全球供應(yīng)鏈金融飛速發(fā)展的大背景下來(lái)系統(tǒng)的研究了供應(yīng)鏈金融的背景、模式和意義,其中以銀行的角度為主來(lái)系統(tǒng)的論證了供應(yīng)鏈金融的運(yùn)作模式。J銀行作為成立不久的城商行,最迫切的就是擴(kuò)大業(yè)務(wù)量,占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng),壯大自身的發(fā)展,因此加快推進(jìn)J銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)施迫在眉睫。因J銀行并未推出過相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù),所以要實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈金融的運(yùn)作,在總結(jié)別的銀行實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,也需要結(jié)合J銀行的實(shí)際情況來(lái)進(jìn)行操作。因此在分析了J銀行擬運(yùn)行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的必要性與可行性的基礎(chǔ)上,本文主要是對(duì)J銀行的供應(yīng)鏈金融模式進(jìn)行具體的設(shè)計(jì),從存貨、應(yīng)收賬款和預(yù)付款類三個(gè)類型進(jìn)行模擬運(yùn)作模式的設(shè)計(jì),提出一套完整的供應(yīng)鏈金融運(yùn)作流程；然后為論證提出模式的授信的方式、流程等設(shè)計(jì)的可行性,本文選取了一個(gè)適合進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)來(lái)帶入進(jìn)行模擬運(yùn)作分析,通過對(duì)具體案例的模擬國(guó)內(nèi)證和銀承項(xiàng)下存貨融資的基本操作流程的運(yùn)作,來(lái)論證提出的J銀行供應(yīng)量金融業(yè)務(wù)模擬運(yùn)作的實(shí)際可操作性,并且本文也具體分析在這種授信作用下,J銀行的收益情況,實(shí)施所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題,以及結(jié)合自身的研究提出的參考建議。論文最后研究得出,在以實(shí)際案例來(lái)代入設(shè)計(jì)的模式后,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)其授信的方式、流程等都是與設(shè)計(jì)的模式相匹配的,并且在這種授信作用下,J銀行也可以獲得充足的收益,即J銀行的供應(yīng)鏈金融運(yùn)作模式是實(shí)際可行的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization and integration, the international division of labor is developing towards a more detailed industrial chain, which is forming suppliers and manufacturers. Dealer until the customer's complete supply chain. In addition, the financial crisis has a profound impact on the economic life of each country, the bank's credit model is also constantly changing. The traditional credit business model has been unable to meet the growing financing needs. Banks are more inclined to trade financing business with real transaction background than at any time, so this self-compensated trade financing. That is, supply chain finance came into being. As a new business in banking industry, supply chain finance can bring stable profits to banks under the premise of controllable risks. At the same time, it can also support the development of the real economy to a great extent, while improving the efficiency of capital turnover of core enterprises, to solve the problem of financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises. Thus becomes the strategic financial product which the bank and even the government key cultivates. Under the background of the rapid development of global supply chain finance, this paper systematically studies the background, mode and significance of supply chain finance. Among them, mainly from the perspective of the bank to demonstrate the operation of supply chain finance mode. J bank as a new city commercial bank, the most urgent is to expand the volume of business, occupy the market, and strengthen their own development. Therefore, it is urgent to accelerate the implementation of supply chain finance business of J Bank. Because J Bank has not launched related business, it is necessary to realize the operation of supply chain finance. On the basis of summing up the supply chain financing business of other banks. Also need to combine the actual situation of J Bank to operate. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the necessity and feasibility of J Bank to run the supply chain financial business. This article mainly carries on the concrete design to the J bank's supply chain finance pattern, from the inventory, the receivable account and the advance payment category three types carries on the simulation operation pattern design. Put forward a set of complete supply chain financial operation process; Then in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the mode of credit granting and process design, this paper selects a suitable enterprise for supply chain financial business to carry out simulation operation analysis. Through the simulation of the specific cases of domestic certificates and the operation of the basic operation process of inventory financing under bank commitments, this paper demonstrates the practical maneuverability of the proposed J bank supply financial business simulation operation. And this paper also specifically analyzes the income of Bank J under the influence of this credit, the risks faced by the implementation, as well as the reference suggestions put forward in combination with their own research. Finally, the paper concludes. In the actual case to replace the design model, it can be found that the way its credit, flow and so on are matched with the design pattern, and in this role, J Bank can also get sufficient revenue. That is, J Bank's supply chain financial operation model is practical and feasible.
