T公司庫(kù)存管理改善策略研究

【摘要】:戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)及其用品行業(yè)是近年國(guó)內(nèi)休閑運(yùn)動(dòng)品類迅速成長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。相比傳統(tǒng)休閑服裝和體育時(shí)尚用品,戶外產(chǎn)品更強(qiáng)調(diào)功能性與設(shè)計(jì)性。戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的性質(zhì)決定所需的產(chǎn)品必須能適應(yīng)惡劣的自然環(huán)境,需要對(duì)人體提供更周全的保護(hù),,因此其產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、所選面料,技術(shù)功能上科技含量更高,品質(zhì)匹配更精準(zhǔn)。涉及的產(chǎn)品類別繁多,大致可以分為包袋、鞋、服裝、配件、野營(yíng)出行裝備和專項(xiàng)戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)裝備。由于使用場(chǎng)合的專業(yè)性,消費(fèi)者對(duì)品牌的依賴性比一般服裝類或日用配件類更強(qiáng)。 T公司是戶外用品行業(yè)中專注戶外配件的企業(yè)。因?yàn)楣句N售生產(chǎn)的急速擴(kuò)張,公司的缺貨現(xiàn)象突出,庫(kù)存壓力巨大。另一方面,現(xiàn)有的采購(gòu)訂貨模式顯得流程繁瑣,信息冗余,靈活性差,已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)的需要。 本文主要是對(duì)T公司現(xiàn)有的采購(gòu)策略和庫(kù)存控制體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,目的使該公司的庫(kù)存控制體系趨于完善、合理,降低庫(kù)存成本,提高供應(yīng)鏈的響應(yīng)速度。 本文用現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)和銷售數(shù)據(jù)建立庫(kù)存分類權(quán)重因子,建立比較矩陣,再用線性規(guī)劃排序方法為現(xiàn)有品類建立分類矩陣。接下來(lái)作者將按照不同品類產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)應(yīng)用適配的庫(kù)存控制策略,針對(duì)不同分類區(qū)別應(yīng)用訂貨策略,建立行之有效的庫(kù)存動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控體系以切實(shí)有效的匹配實(shí)際市場(chǎng)需求。另外,文中還針對(duì)案例現(xiàn)狀提出采購(gòu)流程的優(yōu)化和供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的措施。最后作者對(duì)優(yōu)化策略實(shí)施前后的庫(kù)存指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了比較。數(shù)據(jù)表明,庫(kù)存成本,庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率和產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率都得到相應(yīng)的改善。 對(duì)該案例的研究可為其它貿(mào)易型企業(yè)提供采購(gòu)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化方面的參考。
[Abstract]:Outdoor sports and its products industry is a new industry which is growing rapidly in domestic leisure sports category in recent years, compared with traditional leisure clothing and sports fashion goods. Outdoor products more emphasis on functionality and design. The nature of outdoor sports determines that the required products must be able to adapt to the harsh natural environment, need to provide more comprehensive protection to the human body, so its product structure design. The selected fabric has a higher technical content and a more accurate quality matching. The products involved can be divided into bags, shoes, clothing and accessories. Camping equipment and special outdoor sports equipment. Due to the use of professional occasions, consumers are more dependent on the brand than the general clothing or daily accessories class. T company is the outdoor products industry focused on outdoor accessories enterprises. Because of the rapid expansion of company sales and production, the company's shortage phenomenon is prominent, inventory pressure is huge. On the other hand. The existing purchasing and ordering mode is cumbersome, redundant and flexible, and can not meet the needs of actual operation. This paper mainly studies the current purchasing strategy and inventory control system of T Company, in order to make the inventory control system of T Company more perfect and reasonable, and reduce the inventory cost. Improve supply chain response speed. In this paper, the existing production and sales data are used to establish the inventory classification weight factor, and the comparison matrix is established. Then the classification matrix for existing categories is established by linear programming ranking method. Then the author will apply appropriate inventory control strategy according to the key index of different categories of products and apply ordering strategy to different categories. Establish an effective inventory dynamic monitoring system to effectively match the actual market demand. Finally, the author compares the inventory index before and after the implementation of the optimization strategy. The data show that the inventory cost. Inventory turnover and product on-time delivery rate are improved accordingly. The case study can provide reference for other trading enterprises in procurement supply chain optimization.
