LT公司供應(yīng)鏈信息共享問題的對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮的發(fā)展,客戶的需求逐漸趨向個(gè)性化,全球的企業(yè)將面臨更加激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。當(dāng)今企業(yè)需要對(duì)快速變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境做出迅速的反應(yīng),并且能夠有能力開發(fā)出滿足用戶個(gè)性化需求的產(chǎn)品來獲得市場(chǎng),在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)主動(dòng)位置,并同時(shí)與供應(yīng)鏈上的其他企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)一體化的緊密協(xié)作來達(dá)到雙贏。當(dāng)前,在供應(yīng)鏈管理中,普遍存在著信息共享程度不平衡的情況,影響了供應(yīng)鏈管理整體績(jī)效水平。因?yàn)檎莆仗赜械男畔①Y源可以給企業(yè)帶來競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),供應(yīng)鏈中的各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)尤其是核心企業(yè),卻往往都會(huì)面臨供應(yīng)鏈中的合作伙伴不愿意參與信息共享的問題。 本文對(duì)LT公司進(jìn)行多角度的調(diào)查研究,并利用信息不對(duì)稱理論和委托代理理論,細(xì)致地對(duì)LT公司供應(yīng)鏈信息共享現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析。另外,本文也分析了LT公司信息共享出現(xiàn)障礙的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了構(gòu)建LT公司的供應(yīng)鏈信息共享體系有哪些影響因素。最后,本文針對(duì)LT公司的供應(yīng)鏈信息共享的激勵(lì)機(jī)制和供應(yīng)鏈信息共享平臺(tái)的完善建設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)際分析研究。從而論證了LT公司可以通過建設(shè)供應(yīng)鏈信息共享的激勵(lì)機(jī)制與搭建完善的供應(yīng)鏈信息共享平臺(tái)來提升整體供應(yīng)鏈的信息共享水平,并提高了企業(yè)以及供應(yīng)鏈的整體績(jī)效。本文對(duì)企業(yè)如何通過加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈中信息共享來提高自身市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有一定的意義,同時(shí)也為學(xué)術(shù)界供應(yīng)鏈信息共享問題的研究提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, the customer's demand tends to individualize gradually, the global enterprise will face the more fierce market competition environment. Nowadays, the enterprise needs to make the rapid response to the rapidly changing market environment. And the ability to develop products to meet the personalized needs of users to obtain the market, in the fierce competition to occupy an active position. And at the same time and other enterprises in the supply chain to achieve close cooperation to achieve win-win. At present, in the supply chain management, there is a widespread imbalance in the degree of information sharing. It affects the overall performance level of supply chain management. Because mastering unique information resources can bring competitive advantage to enterprises, each node enterprise in the supply chain, especially the core enterprises. However, partners in the supply chain are often faced with the problem of unwillingness to participate in information sharing. This paper makes a multi-angle investigation and research on LT Company, and makes use of information asymmetry theory and principal-agent theory to analyze the current situation and existing problems of information sharing in supply chain of LT Company in detail. This paper also analyzes the reasons for the obstacles to information sharing in LT Company, and then puts forward the factors that affect the information sharing system of supply chain of LT Company. Finally. In this paper, the incentive mechanism of supply chain information sharing in LT Company and the perfect construction of supply chain information sharing platform are analyzed and studied in order to demonstrate that LT Company can build incentive for information sharing in supply chain. Mechanism and the establishment of a complete supply chain information sharing platform to improve the overall supply chain information sharing level. And improve the overall performance of the enterprise and the supply chain. This article on how to strengthen the supply chain information sharing to improve their market competitiveness has a certain significance. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the research of supply chain information sharing in academic circles.
