【摘要】：本論文結(jié)合H公司服務(wù)器OEM(代工生產(chǎn))項(xiàng)目管理,闡述做該項(xiàng)研究的價(jià)值和必要性。因此,研究了在H服務(wù)器OEM項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中的項(xiàng)目采購管理,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論,詳細(xì)分析了H服務(wù)器OEM項(xiàng)目的特色及其客戶需求和服務(wù)器的特點(diǎn)。并且對(duì)H服務(wù)器OEM項(xiàng)目的研發(fā)工程和制造進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),介紹了H服務(wù)器項(xiàng)目管理中涉及的認(rèn)證及其實(shí)施。在此基礎(chǔ)上,又詳細(xì)介紹了如何執(zhí)行和控制H服務(wù)器的OEM項(xiàng)目管理,最后輔以實(shí)例。通過H公司客戶P3C的服務(wù)器OEM項(xiàng)目,闡釋了項(xiàng)目管理在H公司是如何設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃和實(shí)際運(yùn)用,對(duì)OEM項(xiàng)目管理執(zhí)行進(jìn)行了細(xì)分,使其具有更強(qiáng)的操作性,并且對(duì)H公司項(xiàng)目開發(fā)中原有的不足進(jìn)行思考,分析和總結(jié),為其它服務(wù)器企業(yè)的OEM項(xiàng)目管理發(fā)展提供了很好的參考價(jià)值,其意義如下:第一、解決了當(dāng)前H服務(wù)器制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理操作中項(xiàng)目管理理論的不足,更好地提高服務(wù)器產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目管理的利潤管控和執(zhí)行效率。第二、解決了為適應(yīng)服務(wù)器品牌公司的企業(yè)行為,OEM廠商對(duì)其項(xiàng)目管理運(yùn)行比中存在的不規(guī)范加以系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)。第三、解決了項(xiàng)目管理理論經(jīng)和H服務(wù)器P3C項(xiàng)目的有機(jī)結(jié)合后,該項(xiàng)目的模式設(shè)計(jì)和具體項(xiàng)目管理流程問題。本文的研究主要包括如下工作:首先,筆者引用項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)做理論指導(dǎo),深入結(jié)合服務(wù)器OEM項(xiàng)目工作的特點(diǎn),介紹了服務(wù)器的制造流程,分析了服務(wù)器企業(yè)的行為及其OEM工作的流程和工程項(xiàng)目是如何運(yùn)作的,綜合評(píng)估其項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)施情況,然后從不同角度去分析當(dāng)前H公司工程師項(xiàng)目管理方面出現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵問題。接著,筆者結(jié)合服務(wù)器企業(yè)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和實(shí)施的主體,服務(wù)器的合同制造,服務(wù)器OEM項(xiàng)目的管理機(jī)制的研究,對(duì)OEM工程項(xiàng)目管理的模式進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。具體到客戶的職能部門和H公司的運(yùn)營,將合同制造的類型和特點(diǎn),以及項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)制中的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。再次,服務(wù)器OEM工程項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行和管控在其模式設(shè)計(jì)后是項(xiàng)目管理的重點(diǎn),筆者對(duì)項(xiàng)目小組的前期準(zhǔn)備工作,項(xiàng)目方案的評(píng)價(jià),計(jì)劃的制定,項(xiàng)目收尾的工作實(shí)踐兼顧項(xiàng)目管理理論進(jìn)行逐點(diǎn)展開,點(diǎn)面結(jié)合,確保OEM工程項(xiàng)目管理達(dá)到預(yù)期項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)和客戶需求。最后,將以上項(xiàng)目管理模式的設(shè)計(jì),執(zhí)行和管控具體到H公司P3C OM工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)例,幫助H公司在其P3C OEM工程項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐中,有效第建立項(xiàng)目小組,做好前期工作。并對(duì)P3C項(xiàng)目的溝通管理,工程變更和涉及市場端的CCC認(rèn)證和供應(yīng)鏈管理做了具體指導(dǎo)。本論文的研究非常有益于H服務(wù)器的OEM工程項(xiàng)目管理,對(duì)后續(xù)的OEM項(xiàng)目做了積極的參考和推動(dòng),同時(shí)也可為其它服務(wù)器企業(yè)在設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施OEM工程項(xiàng)目管理時(shí)提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper combined with the project management of H Company Server OEM (contract Manufacturing), expounds the value and necessity of doing this research. Therefore, this paper studies the project procurement management in H server OEM project practice. Project schedule management, project quality management related theory. The characteristics of H server OEM project and its client requirements and server characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the overall design of R & D engineering and manufacturing of H server OEM project is given. This paper introduces the authentication involved in H server project management and its implementation. On this basis, it also introduces in detail how to implement and control H server OEM project management. Finally, through the server OEM project of H Company customer P3C, this paper explains how project management is designed and applied in H Company, and subdivides the execution of OEM project management. Make it more operational, and H company project development in the original deficiencies of thinking, analysis and summary, for other server enterprises OEM project management development to provide a good reference value. Its significance is as follows: first, solve the current H server manufacturing enterprise project management operation in the project management theory deficiencies, better improve the server product project management profit control and implementation efficiency. Second. In order to adapt to the enterprise behavior of the server brand company, OEM manufacturers systematically improve the non-standard operation ratio of its project management. Third. After solving the project management theory and H server P3C project organic combination, the project mode design and specific project management process. This paper mainly includes the following work: first. Based on the theory of project management and the characteristics of server OEM project, the author introduces the manufacturing process of server. This paper analyzes the behavior of the server enterprise, the process of OEM work and how the project works, and comprehensively evaluates the implementation of project management. Then from different angles to analyze the current H company engineers project management issues. Then, the author combines the server enterprise project development and implementation of the main body, server contract manufacturing. Server OEM project management mechanism research, the OEM project management model has been designed, specific to the customer's functional departments and H company operations, will contract manufacturing types and characteristics. And the quality management in the project management mechanism is described in detail. Thirdly, the implementation and control of the server OEM project is the focus of project management after its mode design. The author of the preliminary preparation of the project team, the evaluation of the project program, the formulation of the plan, the end of the project work practice and project management theory to carry out point-by-point integration. To ensure that OEM project management meets the expected project objectives and customer requirements. Finally, the above project management model design, implementation and control to H company P3C OM project examples. Help H Company in its P3C OEM project management practice, effectively set up the project team, do a good job in the Prophase work, and P3C project communication management. The project change and the CCC certification and supply chain management related to the market side are given specific guidance. The research in this paper is very helpful to the OEM project management of H server. It also provides some reference for other server enterprises in the design and implementation of OEM project management.
