【摘要】：鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)包含很多方面的內(nèi)容,如原材料、生產(chǎn)或銷售所需要的設(shè)備設(shè)施等。由于通過壓縮采購(gòu)成本節(jié)省下來的資金可以直接轉(zhuǎn)化為利潤(rùn),所以采購(gòu)管理在鋼鐵企業(yè)管理中的重要作用漸漸突顯出來,得到了更多的關(guān)注和重視。作為供應(yīng)鏈管理中的重要環(huán)節(jié),供應(yīng)鏈集成化下的采購(gòu)管理需要解決供應(yīng)鏈中核心鋼鐵企業(yè)與眾多供應(yīng)商之間的聯(lián)系問題,以提高采購(gòu)管理效率,打破原有傳統(tǒng)的供需模式,成為新形勢(shì)下鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel enterprise procurement includes many aspects, such as raw materials, production or sales of equipment and facilities needed, etc. As a result of the reduction of procurement costs savings can be directly converted into profits. Therefore, the important role of procurement management in the management of iron and steel enterprises is gradually highlighted, has been more attention and attention, as an important link in supply chain management. In order to improve the efficiency of purchasing management and break the traditional supply and demand mode, the supply chain integrated procurement management needs to solve the problem of the relationship between the core iron and steel enterprises and many suppliers in the supply chain. It has become a new trend in the development of purchasing management in iron and steel enterprises under the new situation.
