【摘要】:庫存管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié),科學(xué)、有效的庫存控制可以增加企業(yè)利潤,提高企業(yè)效益。而且電子行業(yè)競爭激烈,要在市場上贏得先機(jī),研究庫存管理是電子分銷商必須面對的研究課題。本文研究了國際知名電子分銷商A公司在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下庫存控制和優(yōu)化的問題,目的是分析企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理存在的問題并予以改進(jìn)優(yōu)化,從而去建立一套科學(xué)、有效的庫存管理方法,幫助企業(yè)去正確的管理庫存,從而降低公司庫存成本、營運(yùn)成本,提高企業(yè)利潤。 本文首先分析了A公司庫存管理中存在的問題,對公司庫存管理所面臨的庫存水位偏高、呆滯庫存比例較高、庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率較低等問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。然后,對企業(yè)采購業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,業(yè)務(wù)組織架構(gòu)簡化;其次采用了ABC分類控制法,確定了不同代理品牌物料的重要程度,去有效的采取不同的庫存管理策略:再次,在物料安全庫存的備貨流程上,增加了物料風(fēng)險等級的評估,從而降低非常規(guī)訂購環(huán)節(jié)上呆滯物料的產(chǎn)生;最后,以“允許缺貨、瞬時到貨、缺貨要補(bǔ)”的庫存管理模型為研究基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)分析并對經(jīng)濟(jì)訂購和經(jīng)驗(yàn)訂購庫存成本進(jìn)行了比較分析,確定了經(jīng)濟(jì)訂購對電子物料企業(yè)是行之有效的方法。 文中的電子分銷企業(yè)的庫存管理方法是行之有效的,對其他的類似企業(yè)也有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Inventory management is a crucial link in supply chain management. Scientific and effective inventory control can increase the profits of enterprises and improve the efficiency of enterprises. Moreover, the electronic industry is competitive, so it is necessary to win the first chance in the market. Research on inventory management is a research subject that electronic distributors must face. This paper studies the inventory control and optimization of international famous electronic distributor A company under the environment of supply chain. The purpose is to analyze the existing supply chain inventory management problems and improve the optimization, so as to establish a set of scientific and effective inventory management methods to help enterprises to correctly manage inventory. In order to reduce the company's inventory costs, operating costs, improve corporate profits. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the inventory management of company A, and analyzes the reasons for the problems of high water level, high proportion of stagnant inventory and low turnover rate of inventory faced by the company. The enterprise procurement business process is improved and optimized, and the business organization structure is simplified; Secondly, the ABC classification control method is used to determine the importance of different agent brand materials, to effectively adopt different inventory management strategies: thirdly, in the material safety inventory process. The evaluation of material risk level is increased, so as to reduce the production of stagnant materials in the unconventional ordering process; Finally, based on the inventory management model of "allow short of goods, instantaneous arrival of goods to be replenished", the detailed data analysis and comparative analysis of the cost of economic order and experience order are carried out. It is determined that economic ordering is an effective method for electronic material enterprises. The inventory management method of electronic distribution enterprises in this paper is effective and has certain reference value to other similar enterprises.
