【摘要】：在"菜鳥網(wǎng)絡(luò)"的愿景構(gòu)想下,從構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈體系的角度出發(fā),分析了供應(yīng)鏈中各方優(yōu)勢(shì)及價(jià)值,并分析了在該體系下電商全新的物流運(yùn)作模式。發(fā)現(xiàn)其在運(yùn)作主體經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理、業(yè)務(wù)利益分配、信息共享、資源整合等方面存在一定風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出合理規(guī)劃倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心、制定倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、班次運(yùn)作、專業(yè)分工實(shí)現(xiàn)競(jìng)合等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the advantages and values of all parties in the supply chain from the perspective of constructing the supply chain system under the vision of the " Net Bird Network " , and analyzes the brand new logistics operation mode in the system . It is found that it has some risks in the operation mode , the warehousing management , the distribution of business interests , the information sharing and the resource integration , and puts forward the countermeasures of reasonable planning of the warehousing center , the development of the warehousing logistics standard , the shift operation and the realization of professional division of labor .
