【摘要】：國(guó)際分工的日益細(xì)化形成全球供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),國(guó)際貿(mào)易規(guī)模的強(qiáng)勁發(fā)展則產(chǎn)生了對(duì)保稅物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的新需求。本文研究闡述了保稅物流的內(nèi)涵及其特點(diǎn);從保稅物流相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策法規(guī)、海關(guān)監(jiān)管因素及現(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)能力等方面展開(kāi)分析,以揭示制約保稅物流與國(guó)際貿(mào)易協(xié)同發(fā)展的主要因素;提出健全保稅物流產(chǎn)業(yè)政策法規(guī),革新海關(guān)監(jiān)管環(huán)節(jié)運(yùn)行效率及建立高效的保稅物流服務(wù)體系和提升保稅物流增值服務(wù)水平等國(guó)際貿(mào)易與保稅物流協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The international division of labor is becoming more and more detailed to form the global supply chain system, and the strong development of the international trade scale has produced the new demand for the bonded logistics industry. This paper studies the connotation and characteristics of bonded logistics. In order to reveal the main factors restricting the coordinated development of bonded logistics and international trade, this paper analyzes the policies and regulations of bonded logistics industry, the factors of customs supervision and modern logistics service ability. Put forward the sound bonded logistics industry policies and regulations. The cooperative development strategies of international trade and bonded logistics, such as innovating the operational efficiency of customs supervision, establishing an efficient bonded logistics service system and improving the value-added service level of bonded logistics, are discussed.
