【摘要】:為客戶提供滿意的個(gè)性化服務(wù)是網(wǎng)購(gòu)企業(yè)提升客戶體驗(yàn)價(jià)值和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵,滿意的個(gè)性化服務(wù)需要對(duì)網(wǎng)購(gòu)企業(yè)后臺(tái)運(yùn)行的供應(yīng)鏈資源進(jìn)行有效整合。在網(wǎng)購(gòu)供應(yīng)鏈資源整合特征分析基礎(chǔ)上,從網(wǎng)購(gòu)供需服務(wù)能力動(dòng)態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)與均衡的角度出發(fā),基于網(wǎng)購(gòu)個(gè)性化服務(wù)模式分析并挖掘出資源整合的主導(dǎo)因素,建立了整合決策的優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,搭建了改進(jìn)的蟻群尋優(yōu)算法來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整合決策優(yōu)化的求解。最后通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:To provide customers with satisfactory personalized services is the key to enhance the customer experience value and competitiveness of online shopping enterprises. Satisfied personalized service needs to effectively integrate the supply chain resources running in the background of online shopping enterprises, and on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of supply chain resources integration of online shopping. From the point of view of dynamic coordination and balance of supply and demand service ability of online shopping, the paper analyzes and excavates the dominant factors of resource integration based on the analysis of personalized service mode of online shopping, and establishes the optimal mathematical model of integration decision. An improved ant colony optimization algorithm is built to solve the integrated decision optimization. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by an example.
