【摘要】：進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也日趨多樣化、復(fù)雜化,供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理也日益受到相關(guān)企業(yè)的重視。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理存在的動(dòng)態(tài)可持續(xù)性和開(kāi)放性不足的問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了研究,力圖優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理流程。首先,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究,對(duì)目前供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理相關(guān)研究成果:供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別研究、供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與控制策略、供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型研究以及知識(shí)管理在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的應(yīng)用研究做了總結(jié)歸納,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警仍然是對(duì)物流、資金流和信息流的預(yù)警,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知識(shí)關(guān)注較少,雖然知識(shí)管理已經(jīng)在供應(yīng)鏈管理中有所應(yīng)用,但仍未深入涉及供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理研究。其次,介紹了供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理相關(guān)理論:供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警理論、知識(shí)螺旋理論和相關(guān)技術(shù)方法:深度訪談法、語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和BP-ANN模型,由此出發(fā),論證了知識(shí)螺旋理論應(yīng)用于供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理流程的可行性。進(jìn)而,利用模型化方法,從傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理流程出發(fā),結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理理論和知識(shí)螺旋理論,研究了供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理的知識(shí)螺旋模型構(gòu)建,對(duì)該模型的假設(shè)前提、具體功能模塊(主要包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)整理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)組合、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)內(nèi)化和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分享)的功能、模塊間的關(guān)聯(lián)性以及整體動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,進(jìn)而展開(kāi)了具體模塊構(gòu)建過(guò)程研究,對(duì)每一個(gè)模塊的目標(biāo)功能、實(shí)現(xiàn)方法、流程等方面做了詳細(xì)研究,由此,提出了供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理模型和該模型的單次風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知識(shí)流運(yùn)作機(jī)理。最后結(jié)合某果酒企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理流程實(shí)際做了實(shí)證分析,初步驗(yàn)證了該模型單次螺旋的有效性。從知識(shí)管理角度構(gòu)建的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理模型,彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理流程的不足,為企業(yè)更進(jìn)一步的利用知識(shí)管理理論于供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警管理流程提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the supply chain risk has become increasingly diversified, complicated, supply chain risk management is increasingly valued by relevant enterprise. Aiming at the shortage of dynamic sustainable and open the traditional supply chain risk management problem is studied. The force diagram optimization process of supply chain risk management tradition. First, through literature research, the supply chain risk warning management research: Research on supply chain risk identification, risk assessment and control of the supply chain strategy, research and application of supply chain risk early warning model research and knowledge management in supply chain management were summarized, found that the current supply chain risk warning is still on the logistics, capital flow the flow of information and early warning, pay little attention to risk knowledge, while the knowledge management has been applied in the supply chain management, but have not yet been deeply involved in the supply chain Study on the early warning of risk management. Secondly, introduces the related theory of supply chain risk management: analysis of supply chain risk, supply chain risk early warning theory, knowledge spiral theory and related technical methods: in depth interviews, semantic network technology and BP-ANN model, based on this, the feasibility of the application of knowledge spiral theory in supply chain risk management process. Then, using the model method, starting from the traditional supply chain risk management process, combined with the supply chain risk management theory and knowledge spiral theory, studies the knowledge management risk warning spiral model of the supply chain, on the assumption of the model, the specific function module (including consolidation risk, portfolio risk the risk and risk sharing, internalization) function, the association between modules and the overall dynamic process are described, and then launched a specific module construction process research, The realization method of each module's function, and makes a detailed study, process and other aspects of the proposed supply chain risk management model and the single risk knowledge flow operation mechanism. Finally combined with the flow of a wine enterprises in the supply chain risk management practice to do empirical analysis and preliminary validation the model of single screw. The supply chain risk management model from the perspective of knowledge management, to make up for the shortcomings of traditional supply chain risk management process, and provides references for enterprises further use of the theory of knowledge management in supply chain risk management process
