【摘要】：研究傳統(tǒng)零售渠道和網(wǎng)絡(luò)直銷渠道構(gòu)成的雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈的庫(kù)存協(xié)調(diào)合作策略。當(dāng)雙渠道一方缺貨時(shí),另一渠道的多余庫(kù)存可以通過合作轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)協(xié)調(diào)策略為其補(bǔ)貨,從而降低供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)庫(kù)存水平和缺貨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。分析了非合作型雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問題,建立了合作型雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化訂購(gòu)量模型,研究了最優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)量,以及轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)補(bǔ)償和季末補(bǔ)貨的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,得到了合作型雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)的條件。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)時(shí),合作型雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)大于非合作型雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn),缺貨率也將下降。因此,實(shí)施庫(kù)存的合作策略能夠增強(qiáng)雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈的供需匹配性,實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the inventory coordination and cooperation strategy of dual-channel supply chain composed of traditional retail channel and network direct marketing channel. When one of the two channels is out of stock, the surplus inventory of the other channel can be replenished by cooperative trans-shipment coordination strategy. In order to reduce the inventory level and shortage risk of supply chain system, the coordination problem of non-cooperative double-channel supply chain is analyzed, the optimal order quantity model of cooperative double-channel supply chain is established, and the optimal transshipment quantity is studied. As well as the coordination mechanism of trans-shipment compensation and end-season replenishment, the coordination conditions of cooperative double-channel supply chain system are obtained. The results show that when the double-channel supply chain is coordinated, the coordination of the two-channel supply chain is achieved. The profit of cooperative double-channel supply chain is larger than that of non-cooperative double-channel supply chain, and the shortage rate will also decrease. Therefore, the cooperation strategy of inventory can enhance the supply-demand matching of double-channel supply chain and realize win-win.
