【摘要】：制造業(yè)是國家國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和綜合國力的重要基礎(chǔ)，世界制造業(yè)的趨勢是全球化、信息化、集群化和服務(wù)化。它是推動制造業(yè)實現(xiàn)國際化協(xié)作和資源配置、自主創(chuàng)新、形成區(qū)域特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和促進(jìn)制造業(yè)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重要手段，已經(jīng)引起世界各國的重視。中國制造業(yè)逐漸成為世界制造業(yè)中越來越重要的一部分，目前國內(nèi)越來越多的大型集團(tuán)企業(yè)已經(jīng)認(rèn)識信息化應(yīng)用在未來企業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要性，并在財務(wù)管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和人力資源管理方面獲得專業(yè)信息化廠商的幫助，提升企業(yè)管理水平。 DP公司是廣東省建材行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè)，隨著公司規(guī)模壯大和業(yè)務(wù)的日新月異，公司銷售點的逐漸增多，信息量的不斷增大，原有的信息化系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展要求，公司的銷售管理、信息共享、互相協(xié)作等滯后日顯突出。因此，在現(xiàn)有信息化基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行全面提升和改造，實施信息化管控顯得很有必要。構(gòu)建基于SaaS的集團(tuán)管控信息平臺，不僅能滿足企業(yè)對服務(wù)等核心價值的追求，實現(xiàn)將企業(yè)的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、物流、采購、營銷及其他專業(yè)配套服務(wù)主輔分離，適應(yīng)公司未來快速發(fā)展的需要，增強(qiáng)制造企業(yè)的國際競爭力，更為建陶行業(yè)服務(wù)體系提供了一個可復(fù)制的引領(lǐng)模式，有利于增強(qiáng)公司核心競爭力、完善企業(yè)管控機(jī)制、提高企業(yè)效益、促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)建陶行業(yè)信息化優(yōu)化升級以及未來“建陶云”的建設(shè)，開展面向制造業(yè)的基于SaaS的企業(yè)管控平臺的研發(fā)，對制造業(yè)信息化建設(shè)及實施具有十分重要的意義。從項目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益角度分析，項目新增投資200萬元，建成后可使企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營業(yè)績提高5%、準(zhǔn)時交貨率提高到99%以上、老客戶流失率降低至5%以下，新客戶增加10%，，并且到2018年，平臺達(dá)到穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，可增加銷售收入3510萬元，利稅總額1099.46萬元，具有非常明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is the important foundation of national economy and comprehensive national strength. The trend of world manufacturing industry is globalization, information, cluster and service. Independent innovation, the formation of regional characteristics of industrial clusters and the promotion of manufacturing industry chain has attracted the attention of countries around the world. China's manufacturing industry has gradually become an increasingly important part of the world's manufacturing industry. At present, more and more large group enterprises in China have recognized the importance of informatization application in the future development of enterprises, and in financial management. Supply chain management and human resources management with the help of professional information manufacturers to improve the level of enterprise management. DP Company is the leading enterprise in the building materials industry of Guangdong Province. With the growth of the company scale and the rapid development of business, the number of points of sale of the company is gradually increasing, and the amount of information is increasing. The original information system has not been able to meet the business development requirements, the company's sales management, information sharing, mutual cooperation and other lagging increasingly prominent. Therefore, on the basis of the existing informatization to promote and transform. It is necessary to implement information management and control. Building group management and control information platform based on SaaS can not only satisfy the pursuit of core value such as service, but also realize the research and development, production, logistics and procurement of enterprises. Marketing and other professional supporting services are separated to meet the needs of the company's rapid development in the future, enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, and more build pottery industry service system to provide a replicable leading model. It is beneficial to enhance the core competitiveness of the company, perfect the management and control mechanism of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and promote the optimization and upgrading of the traditional building pottery industry and the construction of the "building pottery cloud" in the future. The research and development of enterprise management and control platform based on SaaS for manufacturing industry is of great significance to the construction and implementation of manufacturing informatization. The new investment of 2 million yuan will increase the assets operating performance of enterprises by 5%, increase the delivery rate on time to more than 99%, reduce the loss rate of old customers to below 5%, and increase the number of new customers by 10%. In 2018, the platform reached a stable operating state, can increase sales income of 35.1 million yuan, total profits and taxes of ten million nine hundred and ninety-four thousand and six hundred yuan, with very obvious economic benefits.
