摘要：

認(rèn)為政府面向公眾的信息溝通問題成為公共危機(jī)管理的一個(gè)重要研究領(lǐng)域，目前已有較多研究成果。對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于公共危機(jī)管理中政府面向公眾的信息溝通的代表性研究進(jìn)行綜述，梳理其研究脈絡(luò)，，總結(jié)其研究特點(diǎn)，找出其存在的問題與不足，并對(duì)該領(lǐng)域研究的發(fā)展方向提出建議，以期為我國公共危機(jī)管理中政府面向公眾信息溝通的后續(xù)研究提供參考與啟示。

Abstract： 

Nowadays, the public-oriented information communication is an important area in public crisis management research. There are abounds of achievements about this issue at home and abroad. In order to provide reference for follow-up study of China, this paper provides a review of related research produced by,Chinese researchers and their overseas counterparts on public-oriented information communication in public crisis management in order to find out the deficiency of existing research and suggests that its future development should be improved.
