熱效應(yīng)對組合式液壓動密封性能影響的研究(英文)

本文介紹一種熱效應(yīng)對液壓組合式動密封的密封性能影響的數(shù)學(xué)模型。模型以電液擺動馬達(dá)葉片處的動密封為例,以熱彈流潤滑理論為基礎(chǔ),除綜合考慮諸如壓力,馬達(dá)線速度等因素外,重點研究熱效應(yīng)對液壓動密封性能的影響。通過三維模型建立流場參數(shù)與密封性能之間的關(guān)系后進(jìn)行了數(shù)值求解,并分析熱效應(yīng)對動密封性能的影響。
