帶有蓄能器的新型電靜液作動(dòng)器的啟動(dòng)特性研究(英文)

電靜液作動(dòng)器(EHA)廣泛用于飛機(jī)和機(jī)器人系統(tǒng),其應(yīng)用正在逐步向大型機(jī)械設(shè)備發(fā)展。本文提出了一種在活塞側(cè)連接一個(gè)蓄能器的新型EHA結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)用于在空載情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)快速啟動(dòng)。此外,當(dāng)外部負(fù)載突然施加或改變時(shí),為了使蓄能器以最佳狀態(tài)吸收系統(tǒng)壓力和流量的脈動(dòng),提出了一種新的參數(shù)自適應(yīng)控制方法(PACM)。建立了EHA和PACM的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并證明了所提出的結(jié)構(gòu)和PACM的可行性和有效性。仿真結(jié)果表明,傳統(tǒng)液壓結(jié)構(gòu)的EHA啟動(dòng)時(shí)間為62.8 s,而我們提出的配備蓄能器的EHA的啟動(dòng)時(shí)間為2.1 s,這使EHA的啟動(dòng)時(shí)間縮短了96.6%。當(dāng)施加5000N的外部負(fù)載時(shí),采用PACM可以使壓力脈動(dòng)降低31%,并且流量曲線過度平滑,可以根據(jù)特定的工作條件方便地調(diào)整PACM參數(shù)。
