聚合物支撐的ZIF膜材料在氣體分離和水體凈化領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用

  沸石咪唑骨架是由金屬單元(例如Zn,Co)和有機(jī)連接體組成的多孔開放結(jié)晶材料。ZIF中的M-Im-M角與Si-O-Si角(145°)類似,這有利于合成大量具有沸石型四面體拓?fù)涞腪IF。由于ZIFs材料具有多孔性和可調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),其已被廣泛應(yīng)用于氣體分離、氣體儲(chǔ)存、催化、化學(xué)傳感器和污水吸附等領(lǐng)域。為了提高應(yīng)用性,需將沸石咪唑骨架制造成膜材料。由于ZIF膜材料具有出色的分子鑒別能力,因此它們多被用于工業(yè)化實(shí)際應(yīng)用中。然而,由于ZIF膜與基材的相互作用性差,晶體間的連續(xù)性較差并且膜制造成本高,很大程度上限制了此類材料的應(yīng)用。此論文的目的是基于沸石咪唑骨架膜的制備,無(wú)底物修飾和有底物修飾的有效生長(zhǎng),以及其在氣體分離和吸收污染物中的應(yīng)用。因此,第一章介紹了 ZIF膜的合成,以及不同修飾底物制備方法及在各領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。第二章中介紹了采用簡(jiǎn)便有效的方法制備ZIF-8和ZIF-67兩種沸石咪唑骨架LDH包覆的PAN-PVDF混合聚合物纖維。通過(guò)原位水熱法將LDHs(ZnAl-LDH和CoAl-LDH)涂覆在含有電紡聚合物纖維的勃姆石(AlOOH)上。勃姆石(AlOOH)在PAN-PVDF納米纖維中的直接電...
