連續(xù)移動局部感應(yīng)熔覆過程中的溫度場演變和熱量傳遞(英文)

本文研究了連續(xù)運動感應(yīng)熔覆層的溫度場演變和熱影響區(qū)的深度,建立了點式連續(xù)移動感應(yīng)熔覆的三維有限元模型以研究固定和移動感應(yīng)熔覆模型的溫度分布,設(shè)計了一種適用于曲面熔覆的新感應(yīng)器,通過溫度測量驗證了模型的可靠性。研究了工藝參數(shù)對最高溫度的影響和熱量的產(chǎn)生與傳遞。對熔化速率進(jìn)行了定量計算來驗證溫度的分布和顯微組織的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,熔覆層與基體之間可形成良好的冶金結(jié)合,從熔覆層頂部到基體熔化速率逐漸降低,基體中的晶粒尺寸逐漸增大。與整體加熱相比,連續(xù)移動局部感應(yīng)熔覆熱影響區(qū)相對較小。
