新型無鉚型聲屏障單元板結構設計及力學與聲學性能分析(英文)

近些年來,各種現代化的交通體系日益發(fā)展成熟。在道路和軌道兩旁設置聲屏障是降低交通運輸系統(tǒng)產生的噪聲污染的有效途徑。目前廣泛應用的主要是混凝土聲屏障和金屬有鉚型聲屏障,新型的無鉚型聲屏障單元板可以有效緩解現有聲屏障單元板上存在的問題和缺陷。本文對新型無鉚型聲屏障單元板的力學性能和聲學性能分別進行了檢驗校核和試驗測試。試驗結果表明,當聲屏障單元板受到7 kPa的均布荷載時,聲屏障單元板上產生的最大應力是1.74 MPa,發(fā)生的最大變形是1.04 mm,和校核計算結果相一致,產生的應力遠小于單元板制作原材料鋁合金板的屈服強度和疲勞強度,產生的變形也遠小于規(guī)范限值。聲學性能試驗結果表明聲屏障單元板的降噪系數為0.75,單元板的隔聲量可以達到40 dB,均超過國家標準要求。因此,此種無鉚型聲屏障單元板符合實際工程應用要求,可以進行大規(guī)模推廣使用。
