【摘要】：以無(wú)錫某地道路施工近距離經(jīng)過(guò)尼康光學(xué)儀器廠為研究背景,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)道路邊和廠區(qū)內(nèi)精密儀器所在位置的環(huán)境振動(dòng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。對(duì)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和處理,得出振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)振動(dòng)速度以及鉛垂向Z振級(jí)衰減規(guī)律,預(yù)測(cè)廠區(qū)精密儀器處振動(dòng)幅值;并與實(shí)測(cè)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)合國(guó)際通用的VC標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以此評(píng)價(jià)壓路機(jī)振動(dòng)對(duì)精密儀器的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,壓路機(jī)引起的地面振動(dòng)速度和鉛垂向Z振級(jí)隨振心距的增大逐漸減小,衰減規(guī)律符合負(fù)冪函數(shù)關(guān)系曲線。預(yù)測(cè)精密儀器位置處振速v=3.974×10~(-2)mm/s介于VC-A和VC-B曲線之間,滿足企業(yè)提出的精密儀器振動(dòng)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。預(yù)測(cè)精密儀器位置處鉛垂向Z振動(dòng)級(jí)VL_z=67.519 db,接近VC-A曲線限值,基本滿足企業(yè)提出的控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在不考慮精密儀器基礎(chǔ)隔振系統(tǒng)的影響下,預(yù)測(cè)值基本符合環(huán)境振動(dòng)分析儀測(cè)量值。
[Abstract]:Based on the research background of Wuxi Road Construction close through Nikon Optical instrument Factory, the environmental vibration of precision instruments on the side of the road and in the factory area is tested. Based on the statistics and processing of the test data, the vibration velocity of vibratory roller and the attenuation law of vertical Z vibration level are obtained, and the vibration amplitude at the precision instrument in the factory area is predicted, and the vibration amplitude is compared with the measured value. Combined with the international VC standard, the influence of roller vibration on precision instruments is evaluated. The results show that the ground vibration velocity and vertical Z vibration level caused by roller decrease gradually with the increase of vibration center distance, and the attenuation law accords with the negative power function curve.
