氣液兩相環(huán)狀流誘發(fā)管道振動模型研究

【摘要】:根據兩相流動過程中彈性恢復力、離心力、科氏力、慣性力的平衡關系,并考慮因管道彎曲產生的非線性因素,建立了氣液兩相環(huán)狀流誘發(fā)兩端簡支管道振動的模型;采用Galerkin方法對模型進行離散化處理,得到了系統的非線性矩陣方程。通過對方程系數矩陣線性部分的求解,具體分析了不同折算流速以及不同彈性模量下管道前四階模態(tài)的量綱歸一化特征值的實部及虛部之間的變化規(guī)律。結果表明:當折算液速一定時,隨著折算氣速的增大,管道系統的前4階固有頻率會不斷減小;在不同的折算液速下,隨著折算氣速的增大,管道系統會呈現不同的狀態(tài);管道的彈性模量對管道的振動也有著較大的影響。通過對整個方程的求解,分析了管道橫向振動位移的規(guī)律。研究結果表明:彈性模量較小時,管道的振動位移情況較為復雜;而彈性模量較大時,在同樣的折算流速下,管道在平衡位置做振幅較小的周期性往復運動。
[Abstract]:According to the equilibrium relationship of elastic restoring force, centrifugal force, Coriander force and inertia force in the process of two-phase flow, and considering the nonlinear factors caused by pipe bending, the model of simply supported pipeline vibration induced by gas-liquid two-phase annular flow is established, and the nonlinear matrix equation of the system is obtained by discretization of the model by Galerkin method. By solving the linear part of the equation coefficient matrix, the variation of the real and imaginary parts of the dimensional normalization eigenvalues of the first four modes of the pipeline under different converted velocity and different elastic modulus is analyzed in detail. The results show that when the converted liquid velocity is constant, the first four natural frequencies of the pipeline system will decrease with the increase of the converted gas velocity, and the pipeline system will show different states with the increase of the converted gas velocity at different converted liquid speeds, and the elastic modulus of the pipeline will also have a great influence on the vibration of the pipeline. By solving the whole equation, the law of transverse vibration displacement of pipeline is analyzed. The results show that when the elastic modulus is small, the vibration displacement of the pipeline is more complex, and when the elastic modulus is large, the pipeline makes periodic reciprocating motion in the equilibrium position at the same converted velocity.
