基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的地溫中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及控制算法研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今人們生活水平的日益提高和科技進(jìn)步日新月異,空調(diào)系統(tǒng)漸漸地融入到我們的生活中,然而空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行會(huì)產(chǎn)生巨大的能耗問(wèn)題。地溫中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)采用地下水作為冷源,是新一代的中央空調(diào)冷暖設(shè)備,它運(yùn)行起來(lái)既節(jié)能又環(huán)保,近年來(lái)得到蓬勃的發(fā)展。論文設(shè)計(jì)了基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的嵌入式地溫中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。主要工作有: 1.在充分閱讀相關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn)了解地溫中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)工藝及其工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)地溫中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有滯后、非線性、大慣性,精確的數(shù)學(xué)模型難以建立等問(wèn)題。采用常規(guī)的控制算法控制效果較差,為了提高控制系統(tǒng)的的性能,進(jìn)行智能算法的研究。 2.論文采用了常規(guī)PID、模糊和智能采樣原理相結(jié)合的智能控制算法,完成了地溫中央空調(diào)室內(nèi)風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的智能采樣模糊PID控制器的設(shè)計(jì)。常規(guī)的PID模塊作為主控模塊,模糊和智能采樣模塊來(lái)克服大慣性和時(shí)滯對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響。并且經(jīng)過(guò)Matlab/Simulink進(jìn)行了仿真。 3.論文采用了在模糊控制的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的行為自校正模糊控制算法,完成了冷凍水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的智能控制器的設(shè)計(jì)。針對(duì)某一固定被控對(duì)象設(shè)計(jì)的模糊控制器,隨著系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行,內(nèi)部參數(shù)會(huì)隨之發(fā)生變化,其控制規(guī)則就顯得不夠完善,這時(shí)它的控制效果會(huì)變差。論文增加一個(gè)性能測(cè)量環(huán)節(jié)和一個(gè)控制量校正環(huán)節(jié),校正量加上原來(lái)的輸出形成新的控制量,這樣就很好的改善了控制效果。 4.論文還采用了針對(duì)地溫中央空調(diào)的冷卻水循環(huán)系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了內(nèi)模控制器。針對(duì)大遲延被控對(duì)象,分析了內(nèi)?刂破鞯聂敯粜浴2⑶也捎胢atlab/simulink工具對(duì)三種模型適配的情況分別進(jìn)行了仿真,仿真結(jié)果顯示該算法簡(jiǎn)單有效。 5.論文給出了控制系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)軟硬件的具體設(shè)計(jì)。硬件平臺(tái)采用ARM9內(nèi)核的S3C2440片上系統(tǒng),在嵌入式Linux軟件平臺(tái)下進(jìn)行溫度等信號(hào)的采集、與給定信號(hào)的比較、以及控制信號(hào)的計(jì)算輸出等工作,通過(guò)CAN總線將最終的控制信號(hào)傳遞給末端風(fēng)機(jī)模塊,,改變送風(fēng)量,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)溫度控制并達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的。控制器預(yù)留以太網(wǎng)接口,可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控功能。

However, the operation of the air conditioning system will cause huge energy consumption problems. Ground temperature central air conditioning system uses groundwater as the cold source, which is a new generation of central air conditioning cold and heating equipment. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and has been vigorously developed in recent years. In this paper, an embedded ground temperature central air conditioning system based on field bus is designed. The main work is as follows: 1. On the basis of fully reading the relevant references to understand the technology and working principle of the ground temperature central air conditioning system, the problem of lag, nonlinear, large inertia and accurate mathematical model of the ground temperature central air conditioning system is difficult to establish.
