基于認知心理學的盲人無障礙輔助APP界面交互設計研究

【摘要】:移動互聯網及智能手機的發(fā)展隨著科技的進步日趨成熟,越來越多的人們可以享受到科技帶來的快樂。智能手機的APP應用伴隨著智能機的發(fā)展而誕生,正時刻影響著人類衣食住行的各個方面。智能機APP應用憑借其操作簡易、便攜性好、種類豐富、功能強大等優(yōu)勢在我們的日常生活中扮演著“生活管家”、“娛樂伙伴”、“良師益友”等多種角色。智能機無障礙輔助功能的誕生,讓盲人用戶群體可以像明眼人用戶群體一樣享有使用智能機APP應用的機會。它將APP應用的視覺界面信息通過語音提示的方式傳達給盲人用戶,從而幫助他們更好地利用APP應用來獲取信息。但是,在移動互聯網的APP應用發(fā)展中,大部分的設計廠商并未關注盲人用戶群體的認知特點和認知需求,雖然當前應用市場中有幾百萬款軟件,但真正可以適合盲人用戶使用的APP應用寥寥無幾,這與盲人用戶對APP應用的使用需求和體驗需求逐漸提升的趨勢形成鮮明對比。 本文從認知心理學的角度出發(fā)研究APP應用的界面交互設計,探討盲人用戶使用APP應用的認知過程,從而建立盲人用戶的認知模型。通過與明眼人視覺認知過程的對比,分析明眼人用戶與盲人用戶認知的區(qū)別,得出盲人用戶的認知特點。運用主客觀結合分析法和認知試驗測試法,從感性和理性的角度去分析用戶使用APP應用過程中得到的顯性的、隱性的以及模糊的信息,,提出知覺有效性原則、注意低分散原則及記憶有效性原則,用以指導設計師對盲人無障礙輔助APP界面的交互設計,以實現用戶認知信息與設計過程的融合。 本文創(chuàng)新性地把認知心理學的實驗方法用在盲人無障礙輔助APP界面交互設計中,所得的設計原則和語言界面的劃分方法將有利于改善盲人用戶與APP應用的互動體驗,加快用戶對界面的認知,提升用戶的操作效率和使用滿意度。讓盲人用戶在感受科技帶來快樂和溫暖的同時,可以提升他們的自信心,讓他們更好的融入社會群體。

[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet and smartphone, more and more people can enjoy the happiness brought by technology. The APP application of smart phone is born with the development of smartphone, which affects all aspects of human food, clothing, housing and transportation. Intelligent APP application plays many roles in our daily life, such as "life housekeeper", "entertainment partner", "mentor and friend" because of its simple operation, good portability, rich variety and powerful function. With the birth of barrier-free auxiliary function of smart machine, the blind user group can enjoy the opportunity of using smartphone APP application as well as the open-sighted user group. It conveys the visual interface information of APP application to blind users through voice prompt, so as to help them make better use of APP application to obtain information. However, in the development of APP applications in mobile Internet, most designers do not pay attention to the cognitive characteristics and cognitive needs of blind users. Although there are millions of software in the current application market, there are few APP applications that can really be used by blind users, which is in sharp contrast to the increasing demand of blind users for the use and experience of APP applications. In this paper, the interface interaction design of APP application is studied from the point of view of cognitive psychology, and the cognitive process of blind users using APP application is discussed, so as to establish the cognitive model of blind users. By comparing with the visual cognitive process of blind people, the cognitive characteristics of blind users are obtained by analyzing the cognitive differences between blind users and blind users. By using subjective and objective analysis method and cognitive test method, this paper analyzes the dominant, implicit and fuzzy information obtained by users in the process of using APP from the perceptual and rational point of view, and puts forward the principle of perceptual validity, the principle of low dispersion and the principle of memory effectiveness, so as to guide the interactive design of blind and barrier-free APP interface, so as to realize the fusion of user's cognitive information and design process. In this paper, the experimental method of cognitive psychology is innovatively applied to the interactive design of barrier-free APP interface for blind people. the design principles and the division method of language interface will be helpful to improve the interactive experience between blind users and APP applications, speed up the user's cognition of the interface, and improve the operational efficiency and satisfaction of users. Let blind users feel the joy and warmth of technology, at the same time, can enhance their self-confidence, so that they can better integrate into social groups.
