流量控制對改善液體冷媒除霜性能的研究

【摘要】:為解決液體冷媒除霜系統(tǒng)在除霜過程中管路壓降增大及除霜效率低的問題,系統(tǒng)增設(shè)旁通流量控制節(jié)流閥。在庫溫-20℃,結(jié)霜量3kg工況下,以單一變量法進行有旁通流量控制與無旁通流量控制的對比實驗。從除霜過程庫溫波動、除霜時間、系統(tǒng)運行效率等方面比較分析使用旁通流量控制對系統(tǒng)運行性能的影響。研究表明:除霜過程調(diào)節(jié)旁通流量控制節(jié)流閥使壓縮機吸氣無過熱度時庫內(nèi)溫度波動值降低46%,除霜時間減少32%,并且?guī)靸?nèi)溫度升高值在4.5℃以內(nèi),溫度波動時間在30min以內(nèi)。此外,旁通流量控制還可消除壓縮機可能存在的回氣負(fù)壓,減小了壓縮機的壓力比,使系統(tǒng)運行更加節(jié)能。
