Job Shop作業(yè)車間移動資源定位感知系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:當前,先進制造技術(shù)與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)都在不斷迅速的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的Job Shop作業(yè)車間生產(chǎn)管理模式已不能滿足車間快速生產(chǎn)需求,企業(yè)必須通過相關(guān)先進技術(shù)來改進原有的生產(chǎn)管理模式,本文在此背景下,對Job Shop作業(yè)車間移動資源定位感知系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)展開了研究,本文的主要工作與研究成果包括以下幾點:首先,對Job Shop作業(yè)車間定位感知系統(tǒng)進行需求分析,明確定位感知系統(tǒng)的研究對象,在此基礎(chǔ)上,完成Job Shop作業(yè)車間定位感知系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu)與物理拓撲的建立,并構(gòu)建Job Shop作業(yè)車間定位感知系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)模型;然后,對Job Shop作業(yè)車間物料配送小車實時定位方法進行研究,論文采用超高頻RFID技術(shù)與超聲波技術(shù)相結(jié)合的兩階段定位方法實現(xiàn)對物料配送小車的實時定位。首先將車間內(nèi)工位合理劃分為若干個工位級區(qū)域,并利用超高頻RFID技術(shù)實現(xiàn)物料配送小車工位級邏輯區(qū)域定位;在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用超聲波定位技術(shù)對物料配送小車進行工位級邏輯區(qū)域內(nèi)定位;實驗結(jié)果表明本文提出的定位方法可以滿足Job Shop作業(yè)車間物料配送小車定位需求;其次,對Job Shop作業(yè)車間定位感知系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)展開研究,提出基于GIS技術(shù)的Job Shop作業(yè)車間數(shù)字化地圖的建立,實現(xiàn)可視化實時監(jiān)控車間生產(chǎn)狀況;構(gòu)建Job Shop作業(yè)車間制造資源的UML數(shù)據(jù)模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過XML技術(shù)對UML數(shù)據(jù)模型進行表達;最后,通過對以上研究成果的分析,開發(fā)了Job Shop作業(yè)車間定位感知系統(tǒng)原型,明確系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境與運行環(huán)境,并設(shè)計了定位感知系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成定位感知系統(tǒng)部分功能的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:At present, advanced manufacturing technology and Internet of things technology are developing rapidly. The traditional Job Shop workshop production management mode can no longer meet the rapid production needs of the workshop. Enterprises must improve the original production management mode through the relevant advanced technology. Under this background, this paper studies the relevant theories and key technologies of the Job Shop workshop mobile resource positioning perception system. The main work and research results of this paper include the following points: firstly, the demand analysis of Job Shop job shop location perception system is carried out, and the research object of location perception system is defined. on this basis, the architecture and physical topology of Job Shop job shop location perception system are established, and the data model of Job Shop job shop location perception system is constructed. Then, the real-time positioning method of material distribution car in Job Shop workshop is studied, and the two-stage positioning method of UHF RFID technology and ultrasonic technology is used to realize the real-time positioning of material distribution car. Firstly, the workshop stations are reasonably divided into several station level areas, and the UHF RFID technology is used to locate the position level logical area of the material distribution trolley. On this basis, the ultrasonic positioning technology is used to locate the position level logical area of the material distribution trolley. The experimental results show that the positioning method proposed in this paper can meet the positioning needs of the material distribution car in the Job Shop workshop. Secondly, the key technology of Job Shop job shop location perception system is studied, and the establishment of digital map of Job Shop job shop based on GIS technology is put forward to realize visual real-time monitoring of workshop production status, and the UML data model of Job Shop workshop manufacturing resources is constructed. On this basis, the UML data model is expressed by XML technology. Finally, through the analysis of the above research results, the prototype of Job Shop workshop positioning perception system is developed, the development environment and running environment of the system are clarified, and the database of positioning perception system is designed to complete the development of some functions of the positioning perception system.
