不同角度反V型蒸發(fā)器變風量下?lián)Q熱性能的研究

【摘要】:機房空調(diào)的送風方式主要分為兩類,即上送風(V型)和下送風(反V型)。通過焓差實驗法研究了機房空調(diào)中不同角度反V型蒸發(fā)器的換熱性能。所研究的角度分別為32.5°、39°、45.5°,并且研究了三種角度蒸發(fā)器分別在風量百分比為100%、90%、80%、70%時四種情況下的換熱性能。對比分析了各種工況下的制冷量、能效比,并且從蒸發(fā)溫度以及壓縮機的吸、排氣溫度及壓力、冷凝溫度等方面分析造成這種差異的原因。研究結(jié)果表明,當夾角為39°和45.5°時,蒸發(fā)溫度約高2℃,系統(tǒng)的換熱性能較好。與角度32.5°相比,當風量百分比為100%和90%時,最大制冷量均提高2%左右;當風量百分比為80%和70%時,最大制冷量分別提高5.7%和6%,能效比分別提高了3.5%和6.7%。
[Abstract]:The air supply mode of air conditioning in computer room is mainly divided into two categories, namely, upper air supply (V type) and lower air supply (anti V type). The heat transfer performance of anti-V evaporator with different angles in computer room air conditioning was studied by enthalpy difference experiment. The angles studied are 32.5 擄, 39 擄and 45.5 擄, respectively, and the heat transfer performance of the three angle evaporators is studied when the air volume percentage is 100%, 90%, 80% and 70%, respectively. The refrigerating capacity and energy efficiency ratio under various working conditions are compared and analyzed, and the reasons for this difference are analyzed from the aspects of evaporation temperature, suction, exhaust temperature and pressure of compressor, condensation temperature and so on. The results show that when the angle is 39 擄and 45.5 擄, the evaporation temperature is about 2 鈩,
