四種制冷劑重力再循環(huán)蒸發(fā)器的理論計(jì)算與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文建立了均相流模型,對(duì)四種制冷劑重力再循環(huán)蒸發(fā)器進(jìn)行理論分析,并搭建重力再循環(huán)制冷系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),在不同工況下對(duì)比了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果。以R404A為例,當(dāng)保溫體內(nèi)空氣溫度從0℃下降到-25℃時(shí),傳熱系數(shù)的理論值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值的偏差從15.91%逐漸減小到3.01%,制冷量的理論值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值的偏差從14.43%逐漸減小到2.07%。保溫體內(nèi)空氣溫度越低,偏差的幅度越小,重力再循環(huán)制冷系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和理論運(yùn)行狀態(tài)較吻合。應(yīng)用該模型對(duì)四種制冷劑運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果表明:相比于其他三種制冷劑,當(dāng)液柱高度較低時(shí),R410A的傳熱系數(shù)和制冷量最大。
