基于SLP方法的RX公司車(chē)間設(shè)施布局研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,21世紀(jì)的制造企業(yè),如何在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持不敗之地成為企業(yè)工作的重心。在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,企業(yè)爭(zhēng)相優(yōu)化成本,主要原材料消耗和節(jié)省人力,在這種形勢(shì)下,僅通過(guò)降低產(chǎn)品的物料消耗和企業(yè)人力消耗來(lái)增加企業(yè)利潤(rùn)已經(jīng)變得越來(lái)越不可取。企業(yè)只有降低產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本的同時(shí),提高工廠的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,才能切實(shí)有效地提高企業(yè)效益。21世紀(jì),物流已成為企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的“第三源泉”,車(chē)間的設(shè)施布局是企業(yè)物流的重要組成部分,布局的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)制造系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)成本、生產(chǎn)效率、車(chē)間利用率以及生產(chǎn)的安全性。因此,對(duì)于生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)車(chē)間設(shè)施布局的改善,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率非常有必要。本研究以此為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)哈爾濱RX公司機(jī)械加工車(chē)間的設(shè)施布局進(jìn)行研究。 在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文介紹了設(shè)施布置的研究現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)和方法。以哈爾濱RX公司機(jī)械加工車(chē)間為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)取了該公司機(jī)械加工車(chē)間的車(chē)間搬運(yùn)量、車(chē)間工序間距離等大量的數(shù)據(jù),詳細(xì)分析了車(chē)間的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)該車(chē)間進(jìn)行了物流分析,通過(guò)定性和定量的方法找出了機(jī)械加工車(chē)間的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題:設(shè)施布局不合理、物料搬運(yùn)隨意性大、缺乏5S管理等。 針對(duì)該公司的機(jī)械加工車(chē)間的設(shè)施布局問(wèn)題,本文運(yùn)用理查德·繆瑟的SLP方法進(jìn)行分析。首先,收集車(chē)間的基本要素,劃分車(chē)間的作業(yè)單元。然后,對(duì)車(chē)間的各個(gè)作業(yè)單元采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)相關(guān)物流和非物流關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,得到車(chē)間作業(yè)單元的物流與非物流的內(nèi)在相互關(guān)系,經(jīng)過(guò)研究得到整個(gè)車(chē)間的綜合相互關(guān)系,再繪制包括車(chē)間基本要素、作業(yè)單元等在內(nèi)的車(chē)間位置相關(guān)圖。最后,結(jié)合車(chē)間的實(shí)際情況,考慮車(chē)間設(shè)備的占地面積、工藝要求等因素確定了兩套備選方案。 本文采用層次分析法來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)備選方案和原方案,以物流效率、場(chǎng)地利用率、整體工作環(huán)境、布局的柔性為評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則,通過(guò)專家打分法,建立判斷矩陣進(jìn)行一致性檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明備選方案都優(yōu)于原方案,最終確定了車(chē)間的最優(yōu)方案。 本文運(yùn)用設(shè)施布局的相關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)哈爾濱RX公司機(jī)械加工車(chē)間的設(shè)施布局問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究。通過(guò)對(duì)車(chē)間的設(shè)施布局優(yōu)化,提高了車(chē)間的面積利用率和設(shè)備的使用效率,減少了物料搬運(yùn)路線的交叉次數(shù),降低了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度及產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本,全面地提高了整個(gè)車(chē)間的生產(chǎn)效率,進(jìn)而提高了公司效益,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition of economic globalization, how to keep an invincible position in the fierce competition becomes the focus of enterprise work in the 21st century. In the competition, enterprises strive to optimize the cost, consumption of main raw materials and save manpower. Under this situation, it has become more and more undesirable to increase profits by reducing the material consumption of products and human consumption of enterprises. In the 21st century, logistics has become the third source of profits for enterprises only when they reduce the cost of production and improve the efficiency of the operation of the factory in order to effectively improve the efficiency of the enterprise. In the 21st century, logistics has become the "third source" of profits for enterprises. The layout of workshop facilities is an important part of enterprise logistics, and its advantages and disadvantages are directly related to the production cost, production efficiency, workshop utilization rate and production safety of the enterprise manufacturing system. Therefore, for manufacturing enterprises, it is very necessary to improve the layout of workshop facilities and then improve the production efficiency of enterprises. This research takes this as the breakthrough point, carries on the research to the Harbin RX company machinery processing workshop facility layout. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this paper introduces the research status and related theoretical knowledge and methods of facility layout. Taking the machining workshop of Harbin RX Company as the research object, this paper measures a large number of data, such as the moving capacity of the workshop and the distance between the working processes of the workshop, and analyzes the production status of the workshop in detail. Based on the logistics analysis of the workshop, the existing problems of the machining workshop are found out by qualitative and quantitative methods, such as unreasonable layout of facilities, large random handling of materials, lack of 5S management, and so on. In this paper, Richard Muther's SLP method is used to analyze the layout of facilities in the machining workshop of the company. Firstly, the basic elements of the workshop are collected, and the operation units of the workshop are divided. Then, the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the relationship between logistics and non-logistics, and the intrinsic relationship between logistics and non-logistics of workshop units is obtained, and the relationship between logistics and non-logistics is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods, and the relationship between logistics and non-logistics is obtained. After studying the comprehensive interrelation of the whole workshop, we draw the position correlation diagram of the workshop, including the basic elements of the workshop, the work unit and so on. Finally, according to the actual situation of the workshop, two sets of alternatives are determined considering the floor area and technological requirements of the workshop equipment. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the alternative scheme and the original scheme. Based on the evaluation criteria of logistics efficiency, site utilization, overall working environment and layout flexibility, an expert scoring method is used to establish a judgment matrix for consistency test. The results show that the alternative scheme is superior to the original one, and the optimal scheme of the workshop is finally determined. Based on the knowledge of facility layout, the optimization of facility layout in Harbin RX Co., Ltd is carried out in this paper. By optimizing the layout of workshop facilities, the utilization rate of workshop area and the use efficiency of equipment are improved, the crossing times of material handling routes are reduced, the labor intensity of workers and the production cost of products are reduced. It improves the production efficiency of the whole workshop in an all-round way, and then improves the efficiency of the company and enhances the social competitiveness of the enterprise.
