基于SLP方法的RX公司車間設(shè)施布局研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化競爭的加劇,21世紀(jì)的制造企業(yè),如何在激烈的競爭中保持不敗之地成為企業(yè)工作的重心。在競爭中,企業(yè)爭相優(yōu)化成本,主要原材料消耗和節(jié)省人力,在這種形勢下,僅通過降低產(chǎn)品的物料消耗和企業(yè)人力消耗來增加企業(yè)利潤已經(jīng)變得越來越不可取。企業(yè)只有降低產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本的同時,提高工廠的運營效率,才能切實有效地提高企業(yè)效益。21世紀(jì),物流已成為企業(yè)利潤的“第三源泉”,車間的設(shè)施布局是企業(yè)物流的重要組成部分,布局的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)制造系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)成本、生產(chǎn)效率、車間利用率以及生產(chǎn)的安全性。因此,對于生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)來說,對車間設(shè)施布局的改善,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率非常有必要。本研究以此為切入點,對哈爾濱RX公司機(jī)械加工車間的設(shè)施布局進(jìn)行研究。 在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文介紹了設(shè)施布置的研究現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)的理論知識和方法。以哈爾濱RX公司機(jī)械加工車間為研究對象,測取了該公司機(jī)械加工車間的車間搬運量、車間工序間距離等大量的數(shù)據(jù),詳細(xì)分析了車間的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,并對該車間進(jìn)行了物流分析,通過定性和定量的方法找出了機(jī)械加工車間的現(xiàn)存問題:設(shè)施布局不合理、物料搬運隨意性大、缺乏5S管理等。 針對該公司的機(jī)械加工車間的設(shè)施布局問題,本文運用理查德·繆瑟的SLP方法進(jìn)行分析。首先,收集車間的基本要素,劃分車間的作業(yè)單元。然后,對車間的各個作業(yè)單元采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對相關(guān)物流和非物流關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,得到車間作業(yè)單元的物流與非物流的內(nèi)在相互關(guān)系,經(jīng)過研究得到整個車間的綜合相互關(guān)系,再繪制包括車間基本要素、作業(yè)單元等在內(nèi)的車間位置相關(guān)圖。最后,結(jié)合車間的實際情況,考慮車間設(shè)備的占地面積、工藝要求等因素確定了兩套備選方案。 本文采用層次分析法來評價備選方案和原方案,以物流效率、場地利用率、整體工作環(huán)境、布局的柔性為評價準(zhǔn)則,通過專家打分法,建立判斷矩陣進(jìn)行一致性檢驗,結(jié)果表明備選方案都優(yōu)于原方案,最終確定了車間的最優(yōu)方案。 本文運用設(shè)施布局的相關(guān)知識對哈爾濱RX公司機(jī)械加工車間的設(shè)施布局問題進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究。通過對車間的設(shè)施布局優(yōu)化,提高了車間的面積利用率和設(shè)備的使用效率,減少了物料搬運路線的交叉次數(shù),降低了工人的勞動強(qiáng)度及產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本,全面地提高了整個車間的生產(chǎn)效率,進(jìn)而提高了公司效益,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)的社會競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition of economic globalization, how to keep an invincible position in the fierce competition becomes the focus of enterprise work in the 21st century. In the competition, enterprises strive to optimize the cost, consumption of main raw materials and save manpower. Under this situation, it has become more and more undesirable to increase profits by reducing the material consumption of products and human consumption of enterprises. In the 21st century, logistics has become the third source of profits for enterprises only when they reduce the cost of production and improve the efficiency of the operation of the factory in order to effectively improve the efficiency of the enterprise. In the 21st century, logistics has become the "third source" of profits for enterprises. The layout of workshop facilities is an important part of enterprise logistics, and its advantages and disadvantages are directly related to the production cost, production efficiency, workshop utilization rate and production safety of the enterprise manufacturing system. Therefore, for manufacturing enterprises, it is very necessary to improve the layout of workshop facilities and then improve the production efficiency of enterprises. This research takes this as the breakthrough point, carries on the research to the Harbin RX company machinery processing workshop facility layout. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this paper introduces the research status and related theoretical knowledge and methods of facility layout. Taking the machining workshop of Harbin RX Company as the research object, this paper measures a large number of data, such as the moving capacity of the workshop and the distance between the working processes of the workshop, and analyzes the production status of the workshop in detail. Based on the logistics analysis of the workshop, the existing problems of the machining workshop are found out by qualitative and quantitative methods, such as unreasonable layout of facilities, large random handling of materials, lack of 5S management, and so on. In this paper, Richard Muther's SLP method is used to analyze the layout of facilities in the machining workshop of the company. Firstly, the basic elements of the workshop are collected, and the operation units of the workshop are divided. Then, the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the relationship between logistics and non-logistics, and the intrinsic relationship between logistics and non-logistics of workshop units is obtained, and the relationship between logistics and non-logistics is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods, and the relationship between logistics and non-logistics is obtained. After studying the comprehensive interrelation of the whole workshop, we draw the position correlation diagram of the workshop, including the basic elements of the workshop, the work unit and so on. Finally, according to the actual situation of the workshop, two sets of alternatives are determined considering the floor area and technological requirements of the workshop equipment. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the alternative scheme and the original scheme. Based on the evaluation criteria of logistics efficiency, site utilization, overall working environment and layout flexibility, an expert scoring method is used to establish a judgment matrix for consistency test. The results show that the alternative scheme is superior to the original one, and the optimal scheme of the workshop is finally determined. Based on the knowledge of facility layout, the optimization of facility layout in Harbin RX Co., Ltd is carried out in this paper. By optimizing the layout of workshop facilities, the utilization rate of workshop area and the use efficiency of equipment are improved, the crossing times of material handling routes are reduced, the labor intensity of workers and the production cost of products are reduced. It improves the production efficiency of the whole workshop in an all-round way, and then improves the efficiency of the company and enhances the social competitiveness of the enterprise.
