【摘要】：該研究融合卡諾模型,提出了一種穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)方法,以獲得設(shè)計(jì)造型要素的最佳組合。由于具備多準(zhǔn)則特性,這可以有效地提高消費(fèi)者滿意度與產(chǎn)品的審美品質(zhì)�？ㄖZ模型是用來更好地了解性能準(zhǔn)則和消費(fèi)者滿意度之間的關(guān)系,并通過確定消費(fèi)者滿意度的關(guān)鍵準(zhǔn)則,來解決優(yōu)化多準(zhǔn)則的折衷困境。穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)方法結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析與田口方法優(yōu)化多準(zhǔn)則特征的主觀質(zhì)量。這同時(shí)產(chǎn)生最優(yōu)的美學(xué)性能,減少消費(fèi)者評(píng)價(jià)的變化。基于卡諾模型分析,權(quán)重調(diào)整過程決定了每個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)顧客滿意績(jī)效的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這過程指導(dǎo)多準(zhǔn)則排序,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的客戶滿意度。進(jìn)行了一項(xiàng)機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn),以驗(yàn)證使用建議的綜合方法的好處。結(jié)果表明,所產(chǎn)生的最佳機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)能有效提升整體審美表現(xiàn)和客戶滿意度。
[Abstract]:This study combines Carnot model and presents a robust design method to obtain the best combination of design modeling elements. Because of its multi-criteria characteristics, it can effectively improve consumer satisfaction and product aesthetic quality. Carnot model is used to better understand the relationship between performance criteria and consumer satisfaction, and to solve the compromise dilemma of optimizing multi-criteria by determining the key criteria of consumer satisfaction. Robust design method combined with grey relational analysis and Taguchi method to optimize the subjective quality of multi-criteria features. At the same time, it produces the optimal aesthetic performance and reduces the change of consumer evaluation. Based on Carnot model analysis, the weight adjustment process determines each product standard to achieve customer satisfaction performance. This process guides multi-criteria sequencing to achieve higher customer satisfaction. A machine tool design experiment was conducted to verify the benefits of using the proposed comprehensive approach. The results show that the optimal machine tool design can effectively improve the overall aesthetic performance and customer satisfaction.
