雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)的理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:噴射制冷是一種很有發(fā)展前景的制冷技術(shù),它可以利用低品位熱制取冷量,但是其效率偏低。雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)能有效提高噴射制冷系統(tǒng)的性能。文章研究了雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)參數(shù)和性能參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法。文章選用R134a/R32工質(zhì)對(duì),將雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)與常規(guī)單級(jí)、雙級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,研究結(jié)果表明:1)在相同的工況下,雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)性能優(yōu)于常規(guī)單級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng);2)在模擬計(jì)算工況下,當(dāng)蒸發(fā)溫度低于7℃時(shí),雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)性能劣于常規(guī)雙級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng);當(dāng)蒸發(fā)溫度高于7℃時(shí),雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)性能優(yōu)于常規(guī)雙級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng)。文章對(duì)雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了理論研究,理論研究結(jié)果表明:1)系統(tǒng)COP隨著發(fā)生溫度的升高而升高;2)系統(tǒng)COP隨著蒸發(fā)溫度的升高而升高;3)系統(tǒng)COP隨著冷凝溫度的升高而降低。所得結(jié)果與常規(guī)制冷系統(tǒng)的規(guī)律相符。為了用實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法研究雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)性能,對(duì)發(fā)生器、噴射器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)加工,對(duì)換熱器、節(jié)流閥、循環(huán)泵進(jìn)行選型,搭建了雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)蒸發(fā)器的設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)荷為0.9kW。該實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)有兩種運(yùn)行模式,一種是高壓級(jí)單獨(dú)運(yùn)行的單級(jí)噴射制冷循環(huán),另一種是雙流體噴射制冷循環(huán)。采用閥切換的方式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)這兩種模式之間的轉(zhuǎn)換。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:1)在相同的工況下,R32單級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng)性能比R134a單級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng)的好,與理論研究結(jié)果相符;2)在相同的工況下,雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)性能比單級(jí)噴射制冷系統(tǒng)的高10%~20%,用實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法驗(yàn)證了雙流體噴射制冷系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Jet refrigeration is a promising refrigeration technology. It can make use of low-grade heat to produce cooling capacity, but its efficiency is low. Two-fluid injection refrigeration system can effectively improve the performance of the injection refrigeration system. The calculation method of state parameters and performance parameters of two-fluid jet refrigeration system is studied in this paper. In this paper, the two-fluid injection refrigeration system is compared with the conventional single-stage and two-stage injection refrigeration system by using R134a/R32 working fluid pair. The results show that: 1) under the same working conditions, the two-fluid injection refrigeration system can be used as a refrigeration system. The performance of two-fluid injection refrigeration system is better than that of conventional single-stage injection refrigeration system. 2) when the evaporation temperature is lower than 7 鈩,
