危險(xiǎn)品包裝用桶的跌落仿真分析

【摘要】:目的研究提梁開口塑料桶和無提梁開口塑料桶等2類危險(xiǎn)品包裝用桶的跌落力學(xué)響應(yīng)。方法建立含有液體內(nèi)盛物的2類塑料桶跌落有限元模型,并獲得2類塑料桶在不同跌落高度下的應(yīng)力場(chǎng)。結(jié)果提梁塑料桶的易滲漏位置位于桶頂,無提梁塑料桶的易滲漏位置位于桶體與地面接觸處;無提梁塑料桶抗跌落沖擊的性能優(yōu)于提梁塑料桶。結(jié)論在設(shè)計(jì)開口塑料桶過程中,應(yīng)關(guān)注桶頂?shù)男螤钆c尺寸設(shè)計(jì),以減少液體沖擊桶頂引起的應(yīng)力集中。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the drop mechanical response of plastic barrel with beam opening and plastic barrel without lift opening for packaging of dangerous goods. Methods the finite element model of the drop of two kinds of plastic drums containing liquid contents was established and the stress fields of the two kinds of plastic drums were obtained under different drop heights. Results the easy leakage position of the lifting beam plastic barrel was located at the top of the bucket, and the easy leakage position of the non-lift beam plastic barrel was located at the contact between the barrel body and the ground, and the anti-drop impact performance of the non-lifting beam plastic barrel was better than that of the lifting beam plastic barrel. Conclusion in the process of designing the open plastic barrel, the shape and size design of the barrel top should be paid attention to in order to reduce the stress concentration caused by the liquid impact on the barrel top.
