殼聚糖基抗菌復(fù)合膜的制備與性能

【摘要】:目的制備一種以殼聚糖為主要成分的抗菌薄膜,并研究其性能。方法殼聚糖、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、納米二氧化鈦和甘油等通過流延法制成膜,將殼聚糖與聚乙烯醇的質(zhì)量比、納米二氧化鈦用量、甘油用量以及干燥溫度等4個因素作為試驗因素,通過正交試驗,以抗菌性、水溶性和力學性能作為指標,對其性能進行評價。結(jié)果當殼聚糖與PVA質(zhì)量比為8∶2,納米TiO_2質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.75%,甘油質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.5%,干燥溫度為70℃時,抗菌復(fù)合膜的綜合性能最好。結(jié)論加入聚乙烯醇和納米二氧化鈦并以殼聚糖為主要成分的抗菌薄膜具有較好的抗菌性、水溶性和力學性能,且具有抗菌緩釋性。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare an antibacterial film with chitosan as its main component and to study its properties. Methods chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),) nano-titanium dioxide and glycerol were prepared by casting method. The mass ratio of chitosan to polyvinyl alcohol and the amount of nano-TIO _ 2 were determined. Glycerol dosage and drying temperature were used as experimental factors. Through orthogonal test, the properties of glycerol were evaluated by using antibacterial, water-soluble and mechanical properties as indexes. Results when the mass ratio of chitosan to PVA was 8 渭 2, the mass fraction of nano-TiO_2 was 0.75%, the mass fraction of glycerol was 0.5%, and the drying temperature was 70 鈩,
